Wedding Weekend

Our stay was awesome and the hosts we very welcoming. It was such a quiet cute space with all the conveniences we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area! We attended away a couple of miles away and the location was perfect!

Great place to stay

We always enjoy our stay here. This was our 4th time staying here. The cozy cottage gets you in the mood for enjoying everything this area has to offer. The host family is wonderful.

Hidden Gem

This quaint little cottage is a hidden gem in Leola. The cottage is quiet, clean and well stocked. They also have a small store next door in case you need anything. The host family was exceptional and tended to all our needs. I highly recommend this property for a quiet family get away with your fur babies.

Very clean, pleasant, and well-supplied

This guest house was just right for our weekend stay near family in Lancaster. Super clean, plenty of supplies in the bathroom and kitchen, air mattress for our 4th person, and we were able to bring our dog with us, which was great. Good communication with host, too, so we had everything we needed.

Wonderful time in Amish country!

Lovely little cottage with lots of amenities, we brought our dogs and enjoyed all the shopping around the area-the Kitchen Kettle Village, the Amish farmers market and Hershey Park was less than an hour!

Warm and friendly home

We've stayed at this location three times over several years. It is always a pleasant place to stay. The owner and his family are the nicest and helpful people you'll ever meet. If all things work out, I look forward to going back next year.

Excellent Lancaster Area Stay

Quaint, tidy unit, easy access to Lancaster Pa and all the area events, Green Dragon, Sight and Sound Theater, American Music Theater, Outlet Malls, Strasburg Train, both the Toy Train and Pa large train museums and plenty of restaurants. The Gingrich family that run the place are very pleasant and easy to work with, no issues during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again.

Nice cottage!

Very clean cottage and attractively decorated. Everything was there that we needed--plus many extras. Host and family were very friendly and welcoming. Communication with host was easy. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to others and stay there again!

Comfortable, cozy cottage

This was a comfortable, cozy, well stocked guest house, nicely decorated in a cottage style with beautiful quilts on the beds. We spent most of the time visiting with family and the guest house was conveniently located. We brought our dog and found some nice areas to walk nearby. And speaking of walking, the guest house is within easy walking distance of Fox Meadows Creamery! The Gingrichs were lovely hosts and we especially enjoyed our conversations with Timothy!

Absolutely gorgeous home

We enjoyed the weekend celebrating our anniversary here. The home was well stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms as well as the bathroom. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Fantastic Getaway

This guesthouse is amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Family is very welcoming and accommodating. We loved watching the cats and dogs play. Our dog relaxed and felt at home, too. The house is a central location to so many attractions. From the Litiz chocolate factory to the Lancaster outlets, everything is close by. We can't wait to come back. I enthusiastically recommend this guest house!

Pleasant Stay on the Farm

We took a family girls’ trip to see the Daniel experience at Sight & Sound Theater, and this Chateau was a great spot for us to stay while in Leola. Close to all the sightseeing we could do, we also enjoy being greeted by the farm cat and dog, Gracie. We took a stroll in the vegetable garden, and we walked down to Fox Meadows Creamery. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we felt safe, even though it was right on Main St. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It even had everything we needed to make most of our meals onsite. We recommend staying at this sweet getaway.

A Quiet Beauty

We enjoyed our stay, but we did miss having a TV for the morning news and to unwind a bit before bed at night. Luckily, we had a speaker for our cell phones to play music and there was ample Wi-Fi for gaming. We would like to suggest an outdoor motion light in the back lot for making it easier to take the dog out before bed. Overall the home was lovely and in a wonderful location. The rental family was a joy and were very thoughtful -even supplying Fall flavored coffee!

We purchased the property in the spring of 2015 and immediately began working at preparing this guest house as a means to accommodate Nathaniel's family when they visit as they are all from out-of-state.
