We had an amazing holiday at Leannes house in Sandbanks, the house is beautiful plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 children, the children bought their own games but didnt need too, there was a cupboard full, and plenty of toys for the 1 and 3 year old.The pool was used everyday and also the hot tub, and we were blessed with the weather and were out everyday on the beaches. I love a family staycation and this was one of the best we have used. Thank you Leanne for everything being perfect.

Perfect... communal kitchen/diner and room in the lounge area for all of us. Everything was easy to use (coffee machine, oven, dishwasher)! Garden area comfortable and pool and hot tub relaxing.. beds comfortable.

Perfect house for large family holiday

Very comfortable house with a vast range of amenities that suited the age range of our party. Location was very good with a ten minute walk to the child friendly beach. Small indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids as was the table tennis table. Overall the house delivered what we hoped, an excellent base for a british summer holiday.

Excellent facilities apart from very tricky car parking for more than 2 cars. No written instructions for a lot of the equipment, especially the pool and hot tub.

Great property for a vacation with family and friends. Well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well provided for and cleaning products well stocked. Lots of different spaces for relaxing inside and out. Basement games and workout room very useful and the indoor pool and hot tub are a definite bonus on cool September days. Location was perfect with easy access to beach, restaurants, supermarket and ferry to Studland. The hosts Leanne and Roger were very responsive, attentive and available if we needed them; a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if we had the opportunity to visit Dorset again.

Great weekend

Had a fantastic long weekend here. The house is perfectly situated to be walking distance to all within Sandbanks/poole, couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is the perfect stay for large families with spacious bedrooms, a huge kitchen that comfortably accommodated 11 diners, and the kids had a great time in the swimming pool and games room. Leanne was the perfect host, available to answer any questions we had and provided loads of information to make our stay fun packed and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Grannies 70th

Leanne was accommodating from start to finish (booking, meeting and greeting, depart). Loads of useful information about the area and restraints etc.. and the house was well equipped with toys, games etc.. the TVs were all up to date re internet etc - so when the kids and adults had had enough of the pool and hot tub there was loads of room for all to relax together or doing "your own thing".

Beautiful home close to the beach

We have just spent a wonderful time in what can only be described as a perfect place to stay with all our family. There was so much space we really didn’t get on top of each other. Great local eateries and beautiful beaches and the weather was glorious. The swimming pool was a definite hit with our six grandchildren, as were the abundance of toys for the little ones. It was very well equipped, everything you wanted was there. Huge choice of movies to use with the amazing sound system. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated. Everyone concerned with looking after the property were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all. Would recommend it to anyone, and we would love to come back one day. Mrs J

Very impressed with quality of house and decor first class .Swimming pool was well heated and well kept. We received a luxury welcome pack of wine ,nibbles ,cake etc you name it it was in the hamper. All bedrooms decorated to a high standard ,all ensuite lovely and modern plenty of towels for rooms and pool supplied . Kitchen well equipped for every need. Two spacious lounges and great dinning area plenty of space for all 10 of us. Loads of info in house of surrounding area places to visit .Great games room kept everyone entertained ,also a huge DVD collection for all ages. Great utility room with washer just incase needed .Very close to beach walking distance .We meet Holly on check in was helpful she showed us how to use all equipment without rushing .Also meet Leanne the owner on check out who was very pleasant, and check we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again

The property was spacious for our family of eight and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the pool and hot-tub of course, the pool/hockey table and the ping pong tool. The weather was very inclement so these amenities kept us happy and busy. Parking required some careful manoeuvring! Apart from having a private chef one evening, we cooked for ourselves otherwise and found the kitchen well equipped. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend and would recommend this property.

Spacious stay at Sandbanks

Stayed here to celebrate our Golden Wedding with family - totalling five adults and three young teenagers. The property afforded us spacious, extremely comfortable accommodation throughout. The pool and hot tub were excellent - enjoyed by us all. The area is excellent, close to a super, sandy beach. The local Restaurants we tried were good. Overall a super holiday.

Immaculate modern lovely Sandbanks holiday home.

The property is an extremely clean, modern beautiful Sandbanks home located in a great location, on a quiet road, just a short walk from the main Sandbanks beach, Studland ferry or small parade of shops and restaurants. Before we arrived the information provided and the communication with the owner was great. Leanne is lovely and went out of her way to help us and make our stay better. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a lovely food hamper to get us started upon our arrival. The house is well kitted out. It has a really stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. If you want to have a takeaway there are some good restaurants locally that will deliver to the property. There are plenty of kids and adult books and a large selection of toys available to use. My kids aged 3 and 6 years needn’t have bought any of their own from home. There is a huge selection of DVD’s to watch and the smart TVs allow you to access your own Prime, Netflix or Disney accounts if you have them. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and it is very clean throughout with new carpets and 2 new shower rooms. The property is warm and cozy and there was never a problem with not enough hot water being available for us all. The internet worked great even with a number of devices running from it. The heated pool and hot tub are a huge bonus when the weathers bad and you can’t be on the beach. There are even some dive toys for the kids to use. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. There is off road parking within a private electric gated setting and ample parking on the quiet road outside (out of season). Thank you so much for everything Leanne. We had a great weeks holiday and we look forward to returning back next summer.

Family Time

The beaches of Sandbanks are truly beautiful and Leanne’s home is the perfect place to stay. We used the pool and jacuzzi everyday also the kitchen is well stocked with all you would need from cooking a quick breakfast to a full roast dinner. In all would highly recommend and will be returning to this property. Thanks for a great staycation.

Holiday of a lifetime

From the moment I entered the property I was literally holding back the tears... it was like walking in the shoes of someone else, being in a house that was so amazing, was just a dream come true. The host was amazing, friendly and made sure our stay was as good as it could be. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a family holiday of a lifetime.

Great house in a great location

I enjoyed my stay so much I recommended it to friends who have now also stayed there. The beach is close a few minutes walk away and the neighborhood is very nice. We went during the earliest parts of the pandemic so didn't get out much, but loved the indoor pool, it was very warm.

Wonderful staycation

The house was lovely and the pool a fabulous addition. Lots of balconies and terraces to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. Loads of entertainment facilities for all ages and hundreds of kids toys . An excellent location just 6 minutes walk to beautiful Sandbanks Beach. This house had everything we wanted as a family with ages from over 70 to 4 years. Leanne is a very thoughtful hostess. Thank you for a great break in these difficult times.
