The apartment is in the center, next to the Buen Pastor Cathedral very close to La Concha Beach and Casco Viejo, three minutes walk from the bus and train station. It has been recently renovated. First floor of a building with elevator. It has a master bedroom with double bed, room with two beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and open kitchen, equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Parking € 12 / day, upon request.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, next to the Cathedral of "Good Shepherd", very close to the beach of La Concha and the Old Town. Three minutes walk from the bus and train. It has been recently refurbished. First floor of a building with elevator. It has a master bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and open kitchen, equipped with appliances and complete utensils. Parking day on request

The host was very good. Communication was excellent. The host also did his best to accommodate a late arrival and a late departure due to train scheduling. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, paper towel and coffee. The property is in an excellent location close to the town center, beaches, train and bus stations.

Wonderful sot for family

We loved the location - easy to walk out to the beach, stroll into Old Town, and grab groceries or window shop. We really appreciated having a proper kitchen so we could cook meals as a family after long days exploring.

Super apartment in very central location. Spacious and airy. Lovely comfortable bed. Close to everything. Mikel left great information about pintxo bars and restaurants. Handy parking nearby which Mikel also sorted for us (E20 per day). We walked miles and saw all the main sights and attractions in SS. What a great place.

The place was clean ‘ in an excellent location. The kitchen bench had tape on a corner, a cracked glass splash back & no wine glasses were provided. The sofa would not accommodate 4 adults and there were no comfortable arm chairs. The TV was not a smart TV but overall it was a pleasant stay. To open the apartment door with the key was a bit tricky but once the host showed us how to use the key to open the door all was good. There were bars etc nearby and a great coffee breakfast cafe within a minute, so very happy with that.Overall a very nice place to stay but some attention to the details would make it even better.

Lovely spaceous Apartment in a central neighborhood

Mikel and his brother in law, Anders were most helpful with apt. entry, parking and recommendations both in the neighborhood and beyond. They were very responsive to every question I had. The apartment was spaceous and clean. Some parts of it were a little tired in wear but all was functional. The apt. is not air conditioned but it is very cool. The listing states it has a dryer but it only has a washer...so leave time for your clothes to hang on the line. It is quiet as it faces the back courtyard but residents sometimes hang out in the courtyard and you can hear them. The neighborhood is central and San Sebastián is small so it is very easy to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to leave some basics in the apt like tea or coffee for guests in the morning. Maybe laundry detergent. I travel with my own but I suspect not everyone does. All of this is not necessary but it would be a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Très bon logement, propre, bien situé et à proximité du centre ville (on peut tout faire à pied). Hôte très disponible qui nous donne de bonnes instructions et recommandations. Literie confortable, logement bien équipé (manque des poêles en bon état, un économe et les spots de la cuisine ne fonctionnaient pas). Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, nous reviendrons pour un prochain séjour.

Nice San Sebastián property!

My wife and I had a very nice five night stay at Mikel’s property. He met us at the corner restaurant as we arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned. My wife had a question about the washer so he went back to the apartment, took a picture of the machine, came back to the restaurant and explained how it works. Service you rarely get from a corporate-owned entity. The apartment is large by European standards, very clean, and with a super comfortable mattress. Location is also great. Nice old stately neighborhood, and safe. A one minute walk to the river walkway, 5 minutes to a large grocery store, and 10 minutes to old town. One of the nicer apartments on our five week Spain and Portugal adventure. Thanks Mikel!!

The owner was very easy to communicate with. He also met me at the bus station to show me the way to the apartment. The place is very conveniently located, within walking distance of everything. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. It comfortably slept 3.

Great apartment at a great location

Mikel's apartment is conveniently located in the city centre. Within minutes you can walk towards the beach, the old town or just go for pintos around the corner. Mikel was a fantastic host and really made us feel at home.
