SUMMER READY NEW TIKI BAR - HUGE DOCK, Rope Swing Open Water Cozy and updated

Lazy Shores is a charming home located on the open water of the beautiful upper Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ – one of the few constant-level lakes in Texas! We have everything you need for a fun family vacation including two separate decks overlooking the water and the rolling hills across the way. We’re conveniently located about 200 ft from one of the best tubing and wake boarding spots in the area and 10-20 minutes (drive) from Burnet, Marble Falls, and Kingsland for plenty of shopping, restaurants, and antiquing!

Lazy Shores was completely refreshed, repainted and remodeled in 2020, it is a gorgeous three-bedroom, three-bath home with sleeping for up to 12 and an open kitchen/living/dining floor plan. We can’t wait for you to relax in this beautiful Lake house

BEDROOMS:
• Main floor – en suite guest room w/KING bed, DirecTV, and full bathroom (including bathtub)
• Main floor – bunk room with two sets of TWIN over TWIN bunks and a QUEEN size bed
• Downstairs – en suite guest room w/KING bed, DirecTV, full bathroom w/large shower only (no tub) and large-capacity washer/dryer, and French doors leading to a large deck
• Extra sleeping – two extra twin mattresses that are perfect for kids and even comfy for average-sized adults. Can be used anywhere inside the house

LIVING/KITCHEN AREA (main floor):
• Big, comfy sofa, love seat, and chair w/flat screen TV, DirecTV, Bluetooth sound bar and Blue Ray DVDplayer
• WIFI is currently not available on this part of the lake. Major cell phone carriers (Verizon/AT&T) work reasonably well for Hot-Spots.
• Large dining table that easily seats eight
• Kitchen fully equipped with extra seating for four around the island
• Full bathroom just off living w/shower only (no bath tub)

OUTSIDE:
• Upstairs, lake-side - covered deck off living/kitchen area w/chairs and small tables
• Downstairs, lake-side - large deck off master suite w/table, chairs, and flattop Blackstone grill
• Hammock under large shade trees
• Two story Large Boat Dock (Rope swing off top story)
• We have 2 cleats and 2 bumpers each, on the front and one side of the dock.

*Boat and JetSki lifts are not available for use. You can tie off your boat and Jetski to the dock.

*Please note that we have a concrete retaining walls along our shoreline and the water gets deep fairly quickly. Please don’t forget life jackets for the kids when swimming in the water**

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The lake was perfect - constant level, not too choppy especially for a summer weekend with lots of boats. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the paddle boards and beautiful views! I highly recommend this place!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! We enjoyed fishing off the dock and jumping off the top deck. The grill in the tiki bar is awesome. Watching the sunset from the house each night was a pleasure. The home has everything you need for cooking and sleeping well. The great location on the lake and easy to get to. Our family so enjoyed this beautiful home on the water. The layout was perfect and lent itself to gathering. So much fun on the dock and playing in the yard. Beds comfortable and plentiful. Extremely well stocked from kitchen to water toys. Surprise treat from the neighbors with amazing fireworks. The neighborhood is so friendly, always lending a hand. I have zero negatives. Loved this property, right on the water. House was very clean and perfect for our family of 10. Grandkids loved the water mat and paddle boards. Steps getting in to the lake were a big plus, so you could ease in to the water. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Wonderful house on the lake (Colorado River)

Excellent location. Outstanding hosts. Great communication. We loved our stay at the lake house. It is right on the lake. Near some wineries. And very well-stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for a family or two couples. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. There's a binder of information that helped us get acquainted with things nearby. The access instructions were detailed and flawless. Just so you know . . . As noted, there is no Internet/WiFi And hot spotting worked for our friend with AT&T, but not so much for those of us with Verizon. We highly recommend this house and the hosts.

We live in Round Rock, TX with our three children. We are busy with school and sporting events for our family and we love spending time cheering each other on. When we have time off the ball field we love to travel, hang with family and friends, and spend time at the lake. We have rented several times out on LBJ and have always had a blast. SO much so that this year we decided to buy a piece of paradise right here in TX. We are really looking forward to making memories Ondreyka style out at the lake. We hope you enjoy your home away from home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We knew we wanted a house on LBJ. We love the fact that it is easily accessible from the Austin area and that it is a constant level lake. We looked at several houses in the area. When we walked into this home we fell in Love. We love the open feel, the big decks, the beautiful large yard and of course the lake views.

What makes this property unique

This home is very Family Friendly and very peaceful. There is plenty of space inside and outside on the decks and in the yard for several families and lots of children to interact and create family memories. You can not beat the unobstructed views from the balconies.
