Original Family-owned oceanfront retreat. We have owned this family home since 1967 and have continually enjoyed living here and enjoying a "little piece of Heaven on earth!" Once you vacation at our home we know you will not want to leave, that's what all our guests always say! We were blessed that super storm Sandy did not flood or destroy our home or damage our house. We have a high elevation and our dune system worked. My family and guests just loves our home and we are happy to share it with your family. So Sorry but no pets due to asthma and allergies.

One of Mantoloking's classic oceanfront living at its finest! Enjoy tranquility and endless ocean views from every room with the privacy of your own beach at this lovely home. Four bedrooms 3 bathrooms (one full two half baths) sleeps 8 comfortably. large beach shower in laundry area. No crowds on the beach in this exclusive community. It is located in a private gated community which is rare on the barrier island. Wonderful residents not a typical rental area very quiet and exclusive. Private beach only the community swims on the beach so it is empty during the week and only a spotting of families on weekends. Our homes front yard is the beach so we relax right in front on the patio or the sand and decide to walk into the ocean or go into the house for a cool refreshment!

What makes this property unique

Ocean view 360 degrees inside and outside home. Lots of space on each side of house neighbors nice distance away. Quiet area not a loud rental area. Residential area but a short drive to stores - restaurants , etc. Everyone that visits the home does not want to leave or stays extra nights! A hidden jewel of New Jersey! Reservations are coming in so inquire soon to get your desired vacation!
