Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Ali'i Kai 1 Condo offers one of the best ocean front views in Princeville from almost every window. It affords you a 180 degree ocean view so you can wake up to the sight and sound of the sea without even having to leave your bed! Almost feels like you’re on a ship when you lay in bed and look out at the expansive ocean views.
With approximately 1200 sq. feet of living space including a private lanai perfect for whale watching, comfortably appointed beds, and furniture, full kitchen, and in-unit washer dryer, you'll find everything you need for a great vacation. The unit is on the second floor which in Ali'i Kai means you can walk from the parking lot to the unit without going up or down any stairs.
In addition to the spacious accommodations, within walking distance of Ali'i Kai, you'll find Hideaway's Beach, Turtle Cave, and Queen's Bath.
This newly remodeled home features breathtaking ocean views from the lanai, bedrooms, and living room. Experience dramatic sunrises and sunsets from your private lanai, and watch for whales from November through April. The upgraded island decor is enhanced by rich wood floors, new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and plush carpet in the bedrooms. There is a King bed in the primary and a queen in the guest bedroom.
There are more amenities throughout to enhance your time inside including flat screen TV's in the primary bedroom and living room with cable, free WiFi, a kitchen equipped with a blender, and great cookware, as well as a community grill just steps outside the unit. Carrie could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed this very clean and bug free condo and plan to return. This location is exceptional for whale watching from either the lanai or on the chairs at the nearby cliff. Two beaches can be reached by some walking and more are within a twenty minute drive or less. The condo is ready for cooking or grilling outside.Thank you, Carrie!

The location is the biggest draw. The balcony offers unobstructed views of the ocean. The building is curved in such a fashion that it offers a fair amount of privacy.Everything else about the unit was great, as well. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen which was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms clean.It was all good.

Beautiful ocean front condo. I added some pictures of the views. Loved relaxing and listening to the ocean day and night. Even though there is no A/C we were able to sleep comfortably with the ocean breeze coming in the windows and ceiling fan. The host sent a great list of island must-sees and also had a couple of books available which was helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of beach gear to use. Everything was clean and just as we expectes. We had no troubles finding the place or getting in. Very nice and quiet property.

The condo was exactly as described and full of amenities for the beach! We felt very at home and spent many hours on the lanai watching the beautiful ocean. We even saw whales. It was a perfect spot to travel the north coast and also head down to the south coast for other fun excursions!

Absolutely amazing stay! The hosts had everything you could ever possibly need from snorkel gear (and multiple sets) to beach chairs, cooking utensils, and amazing binoculars to watch the whales - which we did for our 3 day stay! I loved the DECOR! So oceany!!! Highly recommend the cliffside stay! We did not have a lot of time to explore the trails around the condo, but it looked like quite the adventure if you decided to do those things as well! Loved it!!!

I am married to Chris and mom to Carly age 18 and Caleb age 15. We all love to travel, love sports, and the beach. I grew up in New Jersey, but have lived in Northern California for 30 years. I went to George Washington University for my BA and to UC Berkeley for my MSW. I love to cook and read. I spend a lot of my time volunteering and enjoying my community in Campbell.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to the North Shore of Kauai for many years, and have always been enamored with it. When we began looking to buy we saw many beautiful homes and condos, but nothing felt like "it". It wasn't until we walked into Ali'i Kai and saw the breathtaking ocean view that we knew we had found our little piece of paradise.
