AC!! Stunning Ocean Views - Walk to the beach #133-134

Cleaning is always a top priority and we are committed to ensuring the safety of our cleaning staff and guests. In addition to our normal full cleaning extra disinfecting includes all highly touched areas such as handles, knobs and switches. This condo has everything you need! 3 portable AC units, one in the living area and one in each of the 2 bedrooms. Great layout with the bedrooms on separate ends of the condo like a 2 master. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Complete full kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Keurig and regular coffee makers. New bedding, glasses, crock pot, etc. We provide a multi-function air fryer that can grill fish wonderfully! (gas BBQ's are not allowed). There is a flat screen in both bedrooms and the living room, with DVD and BlueRay players. Full beach gear, boogie boards, masks, fins, chairs, ice chest, towels. Baby gear includes, pac n play, "umbrella" type stroller, blocks, toys, and baby safety. NOTE: that if any item is deemed to be a safety risk it will be removed. Games, DVD's and books as well to keep you busy. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the property. No drones. TA048-345-7024-01

Wonderful stay! Booked this unit to house my son,his wife and two sons. It was a perfect unit with a great kitchen, roomy bathrooms, an expansive living area and a comfortable lanai. They would highly recommend this unit to their friends to reserve for future stays.

Excellent Princeville Trip

My daughter and I had the best Kaua’i experience and our accommodations were great. The views were amazing and access to the pool and beach were very nice to have. I can’t wait to come back someday.

I loved the ease of access to parking, being able to walk the exercise path, the condo's location (I particularly liked being on the corner), the quiet, and also being able to see the sunset, which was nearby. I did not take any photos. Not too big on pictures!

Had an excellent stay at this property. It is walkable to a number of beaches. The property has nice view of the ocean, but not of Hanalei Bay. We could walk around the corner and see Hanalei Bay though and saw one of the best sunsets in Princeville. There were beach chairs, snorkel gear (in a number of sizes), boogie boards, and even an umbrella at the condo for us to use in a number of sizes which was very convenient. Also, plenty of beach towels for our use. We took the beach chairs every night to see the sunsets which were amazing. About a 50 yard walk around the corner. The condo was in excellent condition and would definitely would stay here again.

Location is 10/10. Communication 10/10. Beautiful view from the unit. Close to beaches, golf, Hanalei Bay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to others.Wish I had known there would be construction in the unit above and re-roofing project on buildings across the lawn during our stay.

This condo is in the absolute best location. Enjoyed the views and everything we needed was provided. Only suggestion I would have is to have a few more small containers with kids for packing snacks and such to the beach. The beach that is just down the path was great and we loved it. We live in San Diego with our children ages 10, 21 and 24. We love to travel and snorkel/scuba dive. Kauai is one of our favorite places and we spend at least a month here during the summer.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo after renting one (thru VRBO) in Pali Ke Kua we fell in love with the views! This 2 bedroom set up is spacious and you cant help but relax the minute you get there. The on site restaurant and paved path for beach access is something you can't get anywhere else.

What makes this property unique

This unit takes full advantage of the wonderful trade winds, however for the times the winds are not blowing we installed AC units. We love all the green space that adds to the peacefull feeling. Great for kids to play too! The on site restaurant is a huge plus, Hideaways Pizza Pub has wonderful pizza and salads plus a bar. The complex has a private paved path down to Hideaways Beach. If you have ever stayed in Princeville before you know that to access the beach you normally have to hike down a dirt path which can get slippery and difficult for some.
