Playa de San Juan holiday lettings

The villa was lovely and suited us just fine for our stay. The host was excellent at communicating with us right from the moment we booked, which made everything really easy. While the property could use a bit of updating, it had everything we needed and was a great base for our trip.

So glad we chose this place very comfortable with everything you could need Jesus was there to meet us and gave us the run down of the property . It was a short walk to one of the best beaches that we have ever been on in Spain ,that you can see from the balcony, plenty of places to eat n drink and shop would recomend this place and i am shure we will be back , one of the most relaxing places I've stade.Thank again Jesus hope to return soon.

We had a great stay in Alicante. The location of the flat was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach, tram station and supermarket. Everything was great and we will definitely be back.

The Villa is spacious and well furnished providing us all, 3 generations of 6 adults ranging from 30 to 72 and a 4 and 6 year old, with an abundance of family and personal space. We loved the art work and ornaments which added character to the Villa. The well established garden added interest and privacy and was well used by us during our stay. The pool area was very well equipped with a range of seating and lounging furniture. It was used daily and was a firm favourite with the children (and adults) who began their days with a splash in the pool. Daniel was a great communicator before and throughout our stay. He was helpful and quick to respond to requests for information about the local area. The location of the villa is perfect. Local restaurants, bars and a small cove are only a short walk away as is the tram which runs from Alicante to Benidorm. The tram quickly took over from the car as being an easy and convenient mode of transport . All in all the villa ticked all the boxes, providing us all with a fabulous base for a much needed family holiday.

We look forward to staying here every summer. The pool is great for the kids, the apartment is great for a holiday and has everything you need and El Campello beach with its restaurants and lovely promenade is 10 minutes walk away. A lovely holiday.

We had a lovely time at Monica and Gilles' apartment overlooking the beautiful beach at El Campello. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday including beach towels, sun loungers for the beach, great air conditioning for those hot nights and it's situated within easy walk of everything you need. They have taken great care to ensure their guests feel at home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else - including families with children as the pool area is delightful with plenty of shaded areas, lifeguard and pool snack bar with very friendly staff. We are already missing our aperitifs on the balcony with the sound of the sea!!

Rosi was a lovely host and the apartment had everything we needed for our trip. The location right next to the beach was great. It’s also an easy trip to Alicante on the tram, where there was plenty to do on rainy days when we couldn’t go climbing.
