A fully renovated, luxury four bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views
Casa Marron is located in a prominent position affording stunning sea views, whilst maintaining a high level of privacy in a pleasant residential area. There are electric gates and a large private drive with ample parking as well as an electric car charging point (additional cost).
The entire house has been fully renovated in March 2026 creating a modern open plan, single level property with a chalet style frontage, balcony and steps leading down to the pool area.
As part of the renovation, the house has been newly furnished to an exceptionally high standard with luxurious white floors throughout, elegant mid-century modern chandelier light fittings and modern art. No expense has been spared to create this beautiful villa.
The main living space is all open plan with a modern kitchen and breakfast bar that leads to a dining area with exceptional sea views and two seating areas. There is a large L-shaped sofa facing the sea and a 55" TV featuring all the latest streaming services and a second seating area in the very front of the property to fully admire the beautiful views. There are contemporary furnishings and high speed wi-fi internet access throughout the property.
The property is air conditioned (hot and cold) throughout and there is underfloor heating for the colder months.
The master bedroom has a super king (1.8m) bed and is en-suite with a claw foot bath (from which you can lie and see the sea!), walk in wet room shower, double sink and a heated towel rail. The walls are adorned with original art; a modern chandelier hangs from the ceiling and there is a double fitted wardrobe. The views from the master bedroom are exceptional.
Bedroom two is the largest of the bedrooms and also has a super king (1.8m) bed. There is beautiful lacquered furniture and also a large fitted wardrobe. Patio doors lead out to a small private garden to the rear. Bedroom two has almost direct access to the house bathroom making it pretty much en-suite. This bathroom has a walk in shower, large single sink and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 has a fabulous super king (1.8m) four poster bed with lovely views across the pool towards the sea. There is a large fitted wardrobe and this room shares a bathroom (Jack and Jill style) with the twin room. The bathroom has a walk in wet room shower and twin sink with a heated towel rail.
The twin room has two standard (90cm) single beds, a double wardrobe and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you should need. Facilities include a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in microwave, oven and dishwasher, toaster, American style fridge freezer etc etc.
The kitchen leads out to an extensive dining and seating area on the upper level. Beneath a 4m x 3m aluminium pagoda there is a large glass dining table for up to 10 people and a lounge area with breathtaking sea views. There is a large charcoal BBQ for guests' use.
To the rear of the house there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the lower garden level there is a large decked area with a 8m private pool (there is the option to heat the pool at a small additional cost). Around the pool there are sun loungers, relaxing chairs and a large, shaded double day-bed.
The garden surrounding the house has been recently replanted and has many tropical specimens with the added interest of various sculptures and wall art.

I currently live in the Cotswolds, just outside Broadway in the UK. We also rent out our home in the UK if you ever fancy a break in the Cotswolds. I love long walks with my dog Boo, travelling is a major passion, cooking and theatre.
Why they chose this property
We have had Casa Marron since 2002 and it has seen some changes over the years, but nothing like the renovation of this winter 2026. We love the area as it has fantastic beaches and its proximity to both Alicante and Benidorm set it apart. We're close enough to enjoy both bvut far enough to escape!
What makes this property unique
Our property is furnished and finished very much like our home and not a rental property. Everything is finished to an exceptional standard and the VIEWS!!! That's what we love most.
