Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.Alles war sehr sauber und gut in Schuss.Die Hausverwalterin war super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit.Leider war der schöne Pool etwas weit weg, daher einen Stern Abzug.Ben

Ferienhaus St Maxime
Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, weil es schön ruhig war , am Berg gelegen und mit schönem Blick in die Natur. Es war sauber und die Terrasse angenehm groß.Leider konnte die Betreuung kein deutsch und auch kein Englisch, das war etwas schwierig.

Schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus, wir haben unsere Woche dort zu zweit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert.

Great vacation home
We spent a week in Sep 2020 in the house. It is a nice vaccation home in a quiet residential area with a wonderful view across the valley. The house is well equipped, the beds are comfy and it has a large terasse. Within 5 min walk, the private pool is reachable. Overall, a car is needed to do grocery shopping or to reach various beaches eg the pampelonne beach. We highly recommmend this house and had a wonderful time.

Maison très confortable au calme avec très belle vue.
2 semaines à 5 personnes tout confort dans une maison bien équipée avec le goût du détail. La climatisation au top et la literie est très bonne. Une très belle vue et aucun soucis de voisinage. La grande piscine bien entretenue est à 10 min à pieds. La voiture est préférable pour se rendre à la plage ou dans le centre ville (5-10 min). Une bonne adresse pour se relaxer et profiter de la région.

Très belle maison rénovée et bien équipée. Grande terrasse et jardin en contre-bas.
L’endroit est très calme et la vue y est magnifique! La maison est à 10 minutes en voiture, du centre de Sainte-Maxime, La piscine est à 1km de la maison. Pour s’y rendre, il fait emprunter la route.

La piscine est située a :
-1ere solution :exactement 500 mètres de la maison par la route,
-2ieme solution 400 mètres par le chemin intérieur a la résidence
Le centre ville est situé a :
- en empruntant a droite le chemin du sémaphore puis la montée du sémaphore , 5 minutes jusqu'au stop du marche couvert.

Traumhafter Blick und ein voll klimatisiertes Haus
Wir haben einen super Urlaub verbracht. Die Aussendusche ist genial und das Haus ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Es Ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer. Der Pool ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Er ist sehr sauber und erfrischend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da Preis - Leistung vollkommen stimmt. Vielen Dank war Super.

Ein komfortables Haus in einer wundervollen, ruhigen Lage. Mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht (für Fernsehliebhaber: nur franz. Kabel TV). Voll klimatisiert, eine sehr praktische Außendusche und eine wirklich großzügige Terasse.

A great home for your vacation!
The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of St. Maxime on the land-side of a mountain. This means that you have to drive a few minutes to see the beach, go shopping and find a restaurant. On the big terrasse you have an amazing view over the town and near mountains. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly ask for in the kitchen, garden and bedroom.
Everything was exactly as described and even more. We loved our holiday there and would gladly recommend it for anyone who is searching for a quiet vacation with lots of possibillities if you bring a car and are not afraid of narrow streets.

Agréable séjour à Ste Maxime !
Très jolie location dans les hauteurs de Ste Maxime, face au golf.
Mazet bien équipé, bonne literie, tout confort en excellent état.
La résidence comporte 5 courts de tennis et une piscine collective.
Calme et confort, idéal pour un séjour en famille.
Nous gardons l'adresse pour y revenir avec plaisir !

Jolie villa bien située en face du golf de Ste Maxime, avec vue sur les collines.
Bonnes prestations, bien entretenue, toutes commodités. Parking, 5 courts de tennis, piscine collectve.
Convient pour 2 à 4 personnes. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
