Paddle-board to your own private bay front beach--2 Paddle-boards included in the rental. Mesmerizing morning and evening sit-down views of the bay and historic Balboa Pavilion. The Balboa Pier and beach is located across the street (3 minute walk). Also located a 3 minute walk away--the Fun Zone, Balboa Peninsula Park, fire pits, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferry, jet ski rentals and The Catalina Flyer. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. LaCantina folding glass doors enable seamless indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the private extended patio / living space, fireplace, fire pit, BBQ, YouTube TV. Ultra-clean with luxury furnishings, air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer and garage parking to support up to 3 vehicles in the garage--tandem (depending on size of the vehicles). Dock slips are not included in rental; however, the a Duffy rental with the property can be arranged.

This house is beautiful! We especially enjoyed use of the dock, the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful living/dining room, easy and nice TV for evening movies and outdoor seating area and fire table. We also greatly appreciated the use of the very clean garage and laundry. We highly recommend staying here if you would like access to the water and close proximity to beaches, the pier and ferries.

This property is beautiful! It is in a great location: walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the Balboa Fun Zone. The property is decorated beautifully, very cozy and a great place to bring your family. The owner is so kind and very attentive. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Newport Girls Golf Trip

We loved this property. Location was great with the fun zone nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and house was equipped well. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit in the evenings.

Perfect Newport location for beach and boats!!

Fabulous property! Everything was as described, incredibly clean, well stocked kitchen, nice patio outside for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Having access to rent the Duffy was a great addition to our stay. The parking was easy with the long garage for our large suv, and just a block walk to the beach or restaurants. Would definitely come stay again!
