Luna: Holiday apartment by the Riells beach at L´Escala
This beautiful apartment is in a perfect area where you can forget about the car and walk everywhere. Just 2 minutes from the apartment is the beach and the Riells walk, where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, entertainment venues, supermarkets, water activities etc. It's a perfect apartment for beach holidays!
This lovely apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It is completely renovated and is very cozy. It has a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and terrace.
The living room has air conditioning, it is enough to reach all the rooms of the accommodation.
In total in the apartment can sleep 4 people in two bedrooms with two double beds.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Bien placé, proximité à la plage, très propre et tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances. Service de K3Homes avant et pendant la séjour excellent.
Nous avons eu un appart rez-de-chaussée et la vue d'un parking à côté n'est pas idéale? Seul petit bemoan.

Pas mal, dommage que.....
Appartement plutôt bien place proche plage, restaurants et commerce...MAIS... nettoyage plus que succinct a l'arrivée, malgré le Covid 19, Frigo a du mal a faire du froid, four fonctionne très mal, très très mal insonorise, nous entendions le bebe du dessus pleure la nuit, vue du balcon sur le parking (non résidentiel donc passage non stop ) voisinage extrêmement bruyant ( chien aboie en permanence, voisins des deux étages au-dessus très bruyants... si vous aimez le calme FUYEZ
