Great pool and magnificent view!

Fantastic, interior might be a bit outdated but as you should spend your days outside that doesn’t really matter. The pool is great, finally a pool big enough to swim some laps.

Beautiful villa with pool and great views

We stayed for 2 weeks in June, two of us and our dog. We had a lovely warm welcome from Christine & her husband which was great after a long drive. The villa was a very clean and well appointed property, it had everything we needed and more. The swimming pool was amazing, clean, nice temperature and stunning countryside views. We were lucky to have warm sunny weather but the villa stayed nice and cool indoors. Lots of long country dog walks in the cool mornings and we played billiards indoors or bobbed about in the pool when the sun was hot in the afternoon. We ate out at the restaurants in Lauzerte most evenings. Very friendly, good service and they all welcomed our dog. We didn’t do much sightseeing but enjoyed Montcuq Sunday market, a great atmosphere and some tasty local produce. A totally relaxing holiday, would definitely recommend to others and we would like to return one day. With best regards, D&J.

Beautiful Setting

We stayed here during August. Firstly the property itself is set in a stunning location with incredible views. The house is effectively semi detached with a neighbouring property next to it. However it retains its privacy as both have separate pools and face in opposing directions so we hardly saw our neighbours. You can comfortably house 7 in the house. We were a family of four (kids aged 5 and 3). My sister in law, husband and 9 year old also came for a week and the house was big enough for all of us. It’s in a great location almost equidistant between montcuq and Lauzerte. Both about a 7 min drive to local boulangerie and amazing markets / restaurants. There’s an excellent lake near montcuq open in the summer with a man made beach and inflatable aquazone which our eldest went on 5 times. The host Paul Rene was very attentive. Our pool discoloured after about 4 days - we think because it’s a deliberate low chlorine pool (which was great to swim in). Pool man came within hours and sorted the problem. Lots of vineyards close by (chateau ponzac our favourite). Just a relaxing place which the children loved - endless days lounging around the fantastic pool (which is very big). We would strongly recommend this place.

Un lieu exceptionnel

Calme, retiré mais proche des villages. Une vue d’exception, des hôtes super sympathiques. Nous sommes sous le charme de cette magnifique demeure, paisible et agréable à vivre en famille.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour entre amis dans cette maison agréable et bien équipée. La cuisine est extra. Nous avons pu confectionner de bons petits plats. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter longtemps de la piscine, le beau temps n'était pas de la partie. Merci à Mr Henrard pour son accueil ainsi qu'à Cathy et Christine.

Alles super;))

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und bekamen alles erklärt. Super schönes yhaus und ein immens schöner grosser Pool. Bis auf die Sonnenliegen die wirklich unbequem sind weil sie die Jahre gekommen sind, war alles top! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Natur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war toll, sehr gross und sauber. Es ist schön, inmitten der Natur und an solcher Alleinlage Urlaub zu machen. In der Küche waren allen notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Der wunderschöne Herd hat uns besonders gefallen. Da es sehr heiss war, wurde es gegen Abend in den Schlafzimmern recht stickig und warm. Ein Bad mitten in der Nacht im Pool war also Pflicht :-) Schön waren das Klavier und der Billardtisch, sie wurden beide rege benutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour de quatres nuits a la borde basse

Jolie maison Nous avons était très bien accueilli sur place par Christine,adorable ,très professionnel ,et disponible,la maison était très propre,elle se donne beaucoup de mal. Le propriétaire est aussi très prévenant et n’a pas manqué de prendre de nos nouvelles. La maison est très agréable,bien équipée,à mon sens un petit rafraîchissement des rideaux de deux chambres seraient une bonne chose(occultation et un peu fatigués) Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine,pourtant chauffée,début mai elle n’est pas mise en fonction,nous avions était prévenu. La vue est magnifique et l’endroit est très paisible. Pour tout cela nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Vacances ressourcantes

Belle propriété bénéficiant du calme et de la beauté de la campagne vallonnée. Grande et belle piscine chauffée très agréable pendant notre 1ere semaine à la météo moins favorable fin août . Elle s'est révélée indispensable pendant la période de chaleur debut septembre. Bref ,le luxe cette piscine ! Les personnes qui nous ont accueillies et qui assuraient ,tôt le matin , l'entretien se sont révélées charmantes et discrètes. Propriétaire à l'ecoute et très agréable . Un séjour mémorable qui donne envie de revenir !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille : la maison est très belle et bien décorée avec beaucoup de charme, dans un environnement calme et préservé. Très propre et bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. La communication a été fluide et régulière tout au long du process de la réservation à la fin du séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, c'est un très bon point de chute pour visiter cette belle région, à quelques minutes des charmants villages de Lauzerte et Moncuq.

Lauzerte

Vue du gîte exceptionnelle Piscine magnifique Calme et tranquillité assurés Lauzerte a moins de 5 min. Village magnifique. Possibilité de visites aux alentours. Plusieurs petits restaurants sympas a prix sympas dans un rayon de 5 min. Personnes de contact vraiment très sympathique. GITES A RECOMMANDÉ pour des vacances assurément réussies

Mooie plek om er even tussenuit te zijn

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad op deze mooie locatie. Zwembad is goed en alles netjes. Bedden konden beter maar niet super slecht. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep goed en reageert snel.

Vacances à la borde basse

Très sympathique accueil de la part de Cathy toujours dispo,grand jardin, belle piscine, gros bémol sur sur la partie bois de la terrasse, lattes abîmées, clous qui ressortent inacceptable et dangereux !

voilà nous avons remplacé le bois par du travertin pour éviter ce bémol ...le bois avait ses partisans...mais il commençait à gondoler..je vous fais parvenir une photo...meilleurs sentiments
