Awesome Lakefront House on West Point Lake in LaGrange, Ga

This 3BR/2BA house on West Point Lake is perfect for a family adventure, getaway, or fishing trip. Plenty of land to roam with a fire pit to enjoy the great outdoors. This house is ready to entertain - a great room with kitchen, TV, and new appliances. You will love the peace and quiet this home provides!

The main room features a vaulted ceiling with wood beams spanning from side to side and a hardwood floor to pull it all together. The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a full over full bunk bed with a trundle pull out. We also have a loft that features a queen bed. The upstairs master suite has a king bed and a small kid bed. This home offers a perfect setting for a family retreat or lodging for a fishing tournament.

Upon arrival, be sure to take a minute to relax on the screened porch or stretch your legs by take a walkabout down the trails through the woods. Our plot of land backs up to core of engineer property that is protected - this land is full of wildlife you can observe from the back porch. The dock is about 200yds from the house and can be accessed by following a lighted gravel trail to the lake that starts right out of the back door.

There is no cable at the house. There are 2 Smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu subscriptions available.

Please note that the dock is a shared family dock and my parents keep their boat there. Both boat slips may be occupied during your stay but there is plenty of room to tie off on either side of the dock. The dock features water and power available for your use.

Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is 10am unless discussed otherwise.

We had a sudden family emergency and found this gem from VEVO. It has a luxurious 2 shower head in the master bedroom that helped us unwind after some long days taking care of a grandchild that had major surgery. The host was very informative and even decorated the house for Christmas. Our grandchildren was so excited when they saw all the decorations. The lighted woodsy path to the lake is just beautiful and makes a great relaxing walk. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and experience it under better circumstances for us.
