Waterfront Condo in a quiet, boating community. Private boat dock off the bay, and less than a 5 min walk to the ocean. You’ll love the ease of access to the water and the use of our paddle board. We’re 5 mins from the village of Coronado, and 20 mins from downtown San Diego, but chances are you’ll never want to leave the patio and it’s west-facing views. You’ll love the built-in grill and smoker, the custom fire pit table, and the view of Venice-style gondolas passing by.

We're a couple in our 30s and 40s who enjoy traveling and living in Coronado. We've had great experiences with being guests on Vrbo, so decided to return the favor when we're away. We hope you'll enjoy the location of our place and the serenity of the water.
Why they chose this property
In San Diego, there is nothing like the Coronado Cays. From sun-up to sundown, there is something special about living on the water. The morning coffee tastes better, the days ease with beautiful sunset after beautiful sunset, and you're just a short drive to the village of Coronado. It's paradise in San Diego.
