Luxury Townhome In The Heart Of Pacific Beach!

Multi-level townhome provides for private bedrooms on each floor. Open living space and new high-end kitchen appliances. Semi-private den area with full size euro-lounger can double as a third bedroom. Two balconies provide for comfortable outdoor space for socializing, star gazing, and eating meals. Put your grilling skills to the test on the natural gas grill or gather around and play games on the 2nd floor balcony. Star gaze at night while snuggling up to the fireplace on the top balcony. If you prefer to stay in, there are some TV viewing options or board game fun to be had next to the indoor fireplace.

Guest are provided with one (1) parking space behind the building. There is street parking in the neighborhood as well. Feel free to use the beach items which can be found in the garage.

Please note that we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. We also do not allow pets.

Great place in the middle of all the fun!

Only a few blocks from bars, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Very nice town house with all the amenities and nice touches to make it feel like home. Made our vacation so much better than a hotel. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Hector and Amelia's place in PB

Comms with Hector were fast and efficient, and check in was easy, check out was also smooth. Location in PB was close enough to the beach but far enough from the weekend loud spots. Parking out back was tight but so nice to have compared to relying on street parking. If you want a nice comfortable stay in a great location, this is the place for you.

Perfect home for a beach vacay!

We had an amazing week staying in this home! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and is perfectly located to walk just about anywhere you want to go in PB! The hosts, Hector and Veronica, were so kind and helpful. They gave us many recommendations for restaurants and activities for the week and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely try to book this home again for our next visit!

Great two bedroom house in Pacific Beach

This property was really quite clean with all the amenities you could possibly want, including on-site parking and easy walking accessibility to the beach. The host responded quickly and check in and check out were amazing. I believe this is a real value for anyone looking to stay in Pacific Beach. This included beach chairs in the garage for our use as well as updated kitchen. We loved it.

Awesome location. Easy walk to restaurants and food. Condo was nice and the owner addressed our needs quickly. Wish they had more TV options. Basically had only Fox News. If we had known we would brought one of our streaming devices.

Perfect beach getaway

The location is perfect. Within walking distance of everything you want without a much higher price tag. Parking spots are NARROW so you have to be conscience of the vehicle you are using. Be aware of neighbors both next to and on top of you the way the unit is laid out. Very clean and owners are very responsive.

All photos on this site were exactly what it was! Very roomy if you have a few people in your family. It gave our grandson lots of places to move about. Loved how close places were - a great coffee shop (Better Buzz) literally just a few steps away. We enjoyed the upper deck daily and even got in an evening of fireplace time which was very relaxing! I would definitely stay here again if the need should come up. Thank you Hector & Veronica!

The property was very nice & clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the TV problems. We download you tube tv but it kept buffering. We repeated this several times & had no luck in watching our beloved OKC Thunder basketball game on the big screen.

Pacific Beach delight

We had a wonderful few weeks at Hector and Veronica's townhouse in Pacific Beach. It is in a great location - half a mile to getting your feet wet in the ocean, a block from a good natural food store, a block from all the "action" on Garnet Ave (food & drink of every kind, shops, yoga, salons etc). Access in/out is easy and there's a dedicated parking spot so that's never a worry. The house itself was just wonderful - clean and set up in a very liveable way. It's comfortable, there's lots of cable offerings if you want to relax that way, the wireless was fast, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook at home (since we were there so long) including nice sharp knives, the BBQ worked great, the laundry worked great. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of closet and chest of drawers space. Really, everything was wonderful. Hector and Veronica were delightful to interact with, from beginning (questions about booking) to end (wishing us safe travels). They made sure we had some recommendations and brought over a new issue of "San Diego Magazine" so that we could plan some fresh adventures from its listings. They checked in periodically with us, in a way that felt perfectly balanced - enough that we felt attended to and infrequently enough that we felt private. This was our most successful and happy VRBO experience ever, I wish they could all be this wonderful. Thank you Hector and Veronica!

Need Maintenance

The location of the place was nice but the place needs some serious maintenance. The walls and the carpets were dirty, the rug was smelly, the appliances were falling apart. They didn’t provide enough utensils, mugs, or bowels. The sheet provided didn’t fit the futon. We were disappointed how little the owners were doing on its upkeep. The pictures looked much nicer than the actuality. Also, the description said it accommodated 7 but there were only beds for 5. If needed, the owners said they would provide an air mattress to put in the living room, which was misleading.

Amazing Experience!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The pictures don't do it justice - the space is huge, 3 floors and a private rooftop deck. Getting in and out of the property was easy - and you can't beat the location right in PB, close to the beach. We slept 3 comfortably and could have add another couple of guests no problem. Hector and Veronica was very communicative and we ran into zero issues. I look forward to my next stay at this property!

We did have a great time. The home was everything we needed. The balconies did not appear to have been cleaned in a while and there was some dust on cabinet in the dining area. Not really an issue, just saying. The master bedroom and bath were clean and comfortable, slept great. The location is really good. Lots of good places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. It would be nice to have one additional place to park for visitors. (only 1 was allowed in the listing) We will stay again if the need presents itself. Owners were a bit pushy about check-in and check-out.

Great property for San Diego Vacation

Really enjoyed Pacific Beach and this property's location is great. Everything was as stated in the description. The parking spot is easily accessible and a nice feature. The townhouse is easy to enter and exit. Very much appreciated the ample supply of towels and beach chairs. The beach and beachfront scene is pretty nice. Very clean and comfortable home. Kind, responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect home base for San Diego adventure

Thank you, Hector and Veronica! Everything was exactly as described with much bigger, airier rooms than I even imagined. My husband and I stayed with our toddler so let me shout out my favorite kid accommodations — pack & play and booster seat were available to us (also the p&p fits in the downstairs bathroom if you really need the room to be dark for the baby) — amazing assortment of beach toys and towels — rooftop deck was especially great for enjoying the sun even when we had to home for little one’s naptime And just generally, great location with a quick walk to the beach, quiet residential streets and then just steps to the commercial areas of PB. We had a blast!

Nice Place in PB

Me and the wife had a really nice time staying at Hector's home in PB. VERY near all the action but also far enough away so that it doesn't keep you up at night. The third-floor balcony has a nice little fire pit. Cool spot!

Why they chose this property

We were drawn to PB when we moved from the northeast due to its energetic vibe and the beach, of course! PB can provide for lazy relaxing beach days, great scenery for runs, and amazingly fun nights! Although you could stay in PB for your entire stay, its location is pretty central to other great San Diego attractions and neighborhoods, like: Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Ocean Beach, North Park, Hillcrest, Little Italy, Gaslamp, etc... Don't forget to try some of the several breweries San Diego has to offer!

What makes this property unique

Townhouse was built in 2015. Ideal for family/friends vacation. The multi-level layout provides for privacy yet ample common space for family time! Centrally located in the heart of PB close to all shops, bars, eateries, and yeah....the beach! No car needed if you plan to stay in PB, but if you do plan to venture out most places are within 15-20 minutes by car.
