Property was well equipped for our beach trip. Easy host communication. The area is a bit noisy at night but we were prepared for that.

It was a great property. Wonderful!!!! You can stepOut one door and be at the beach. Step out the other door and you're on a street with many shops and cafes. We loved staying here. The condo balcony/ patio is right on the beach with a beautiful view. It was spotless, modern and the host was so communicative. Pacific Beach is a good place to be to have fun at bars. You can just walk to them and many restaurants. It's a fun-loving part of the San Diego area. Our host was wonderful and we would recommend his property.

The condo was really nice and spacious, perfect size for our family of 5! The best part was the large patio where we had coffee or cocktails, with the view and sounds of the ocean. It is a really busy spot and perfect for people watching, too! It does get really noisy late into the night on weekends, so bring your earplugs if your are a light sleeper. There were lots of cute shops and vendors on the beach for souvenirs. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from, within waking distance. My husband is a photographer, so we also took family photos on the large shared patio, with the ocean behind us, that turned out so beautiful! It was a perfect weekend! We didn't want to leave.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. It is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Just a very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. There were beach toys available for the kids to use and a beach umbrella as well. The check-in and check-out instructions were well detailed and easy to follow. Secure parking with a space assigned to the condo was very convenient. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The property location is perfect-you can walk everywhere. It really helped to have a parking spot! It was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family get away. It’s a little noisy at night but turning on the extra fans helped. The host was very responsive too!

Right in the middle of all the action for my granddaughters loved rollerskating on the boardwalk with Slo Mo, real California tacos, and burrito burritos. We cooked a bit as well, so appreciated the upscale appliances and cookware.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The location was excellent — so close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The only thing I wish we had known ahead of time is that the nightlife and activity across the street can be fairly loud late into the night and early morning. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location and overall experience!

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of local shops and the beach right outside. We wanted to ride bikes around the beach and found a rental right on the corner. Although it's not the owner's fault, but the bar across the street from our room was extremely loud, so we had a hard time sleeping over the weekend hours, as this was it's busiest time. Overall, we really had a great time.

We loved the location so close the beach, food, and shops. The shared condo hot tub wasn't working while we were there and the bar across the street was pretty noisy but that didn't bother us. We liked having the balcony close to all of the action. You can literally walk to anything you want - smoothies, food, shopping, CVS, take-out. We loved watching the beach sunsets from the courtyard and it was really nice to have a covered private parking spot. This is a perfect stay if you enjoy a clean, well-appointed place close to a popular beach and amenities.
