Great countryside villa in beautiful Maremma

Villa with a lot of space, great common areas, and lots of vegetation and wildlife around it. Also, the view on the Baratti gulf is stunning. A bit old, with clunky doors, but that is part of its charm.

We missed a toaster and the Wifi didn’t work in all indoors

Our contact mr Luka were very serviceminded. Any kind of problem we had with the house he took care with. The house was magnific and the pool lovely! We expected 14 beds but the two bed-sofas were not good for sleeping.

We had a lovely time in this house, which has a lovely view over the valley and the sea in the dista

We had a lovely time in this house, which has a lovely view over the valley and the sea in the distance. The access could do with a little refurbishment, as it is preferable to access it with a high vehicle and good shock absorbers. The house itself is good. So is the pool. We were subjected to heavy rain and thunderstorms, which resulted in two power cuts. Fortunately the hobs were gas but the water was not, so remember to take a water pack in case the weather is not good. Candles were already provided on site, so we didn't have to live in the dark. A few things left and right could use a bit of work, but all in all it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are good and the bedding is good. The fact that we were a little isolated meant that we could make the most of the outside. There are two ovens in the kitchen (1 out of 2 works) so for a house of 10-12 people, it would be good to repair the second oven so that everything is operational.

Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber. Die Küche war schmuddlig, viel zuviel Geschirr, dass sehr alt und schmutzig war. Schade, denn die Küche ist vom Raum her sehr schön für so viele Gäste.Es hat zwei Backofen, der eine ist aber kaputt.In den Zimmern hatte es viele Tiere, wie Gekos, Tausendfüssler, etc, war etwas unangenehm.Der Blitz hat leider den Kühlschrank ausser Betrieb gesetzt. Der Elektriker war schnell da, konnte dies aber nicht reparieren.Wir mussten daher viele Lebensmittel wegwerfen.

La casa è una bellezza

La casa è molto bella, con un'ottima cucina e camere arredate con gusto. Anche la posizione è mozzafiato. Ci sono stati problemi con lo scarico del WC, ma il personale molto cordiale si è preso cura del problema immediatamente. La lavastoviglie non lava bene, ma forse è dovuto alla durezza dell'acqua. I condizionatori nelle camere da letto probabilmente metterebbero a dura prova la rete elettrica. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole con molte opzioni per le escursioni.

Das Haus ist toll. Leider hat die Spülmaschine nicht richtig funktioniert und es wurde erst am vorletzten Tag eine neue gebracht. Aber sonst war alles gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Straße zum Haus ist auch etwas holprig, aber wir kennen das schon von anderen Häusern.

Super Lage, schönes Objekt

Das Objekt liegt wunderschön in den Hügeln hinter Campiglia Marittima, ist sehr gross und geräumig und perfekt geschnitten für zwei Familien. Leider ist die Küche sehr schmuddelig, der Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht - generell könnte mehr in Reinigung und Unterhalt investiert werden. Auch aussen sind die Möbel leider in keinem guten Zustand. Die Dusche frühmorgens erfolgt kalt. Auch für uns sehr ungewohnt, das Haus kann fast nicht richtig verschlossen werden. wichtig zu wissen ist auch, dass es in dem Haus sehr viele Treppen hat, kein Zimmer ist ohne zu erreichen. Der Betreuer ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell.

Vernachlässigtes, schmutziges Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Alles sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Matratzen hatten teilweise Bettwanzen oder ähnliches. Unser Sohn hatte über 40! Stiche. Lage ist sehr schön. Pool war ok.

Breathtaking views from every place in this house

The house is super charming, the property and the pool and the views are breathtaking and the host Luca was on the spot to take care of anything we needed. The only note of advice would be that the map on VRBO is wrong and it is impossible to find using that location.We drove around lost for an hour trying to find it in the wrong place. The actual owner sends you a location that is accurate.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges ( meine Empfehlung: max. 8 -10 Personen ) Haus. Stilvoll mit vielen sehr persönlichen Accessoires eingerichtet, erfreulicherweise kein Trash. Blick bis zum Meer. Küche optimal für private Koch-events ausgestattet. Mehrere separat gelegene und individuell nutzbare Terrassen. Man kann sich also auch mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten "aus dem Weg" gehen. Ein Zimmer ist nur als Durchgangszimmer nutzbar. Es fehlt ansonsten an nichts. Auch technische Ausstattung hervorragend. Einziger Mangel: die Zufahrt müsste noch genauer beschrieben oder ggfs. ausgeschildert werden. So suchten wir teils 2 Stunden lang den Weg zur Villa.

Die Villa ist großartig, die Lage oberhalb des Dorfes mit einem phantastischen Blick sehr eindrucksvoll. Great stay in a great place

Apart from an electrical problem on the first day and consequently few water problems which have been diligently solved by a very efficient and friendy property manager, we enjoyed a great stay in this beautiful house. The location is perfect and surrounding beautiful. The village nearby is gorgeous and active. So do not hesitate, this place is a must.

Casolare bellissimo immerso nelle campagne toscane a pochi chilometri dal mare. Cucina fornita di tutto e anche di più. Stanze curate con balconi con vista stupenda sulle colline. Abbiamo passato lì Capodanno per cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bella piscina sulla terrazza superiore. Custodi molto gentili e presenti per qualsiasi necessità. Una vacanza confortevole e di grande relax.

Perfect holiday home with private swimmingpool and large garden. Beautiful old town with restaurants within walking distance. Just one remark: the location is not Via dell'Annunziata but Via di Sassetta! We have been there before so we knew your directions were wrong, but for strangers your directions will be a problem!
