Comfortable apartment - your perfect holiday

Functional and comfortable. Complete with courtyard views, stylish decor and natural light, our Comfortable apartment is the perfect combination of function and comfort. Ideally suited for a family.

Apartment is situated at the ground floor of our house, south-oriented, overlooking the lemon trees and orange trees in our garden

Apartment has a separate entrance from the street. It has two separate bedrooms (one 2-twin bedroom, one living room with sofa bed for 2), wardrobe and bedside tables. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, fridge, stove and the necessary pans and ckrockery.

The bathroom has a shower, wash-basin and WC. Towels and bed linen are provided.

It is equipped with air-conditioning, a television set with satellite channels and wireless Internet.

The total floor of the apartment 50m2.

All guests have a reserved parking lot next to the house.

In the courtyard, among the lemon and orange trees, you have the barbeque at your disposal.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Diese Ferienwohnung wurde erst kürzlich umfassend renoviert. Die Räume, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Küche sowie das Bad, sind modern und perfekt möbliert und mit raffinierter Beleuchtung versehen. Der Balkon ist geräumig, beschattet und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist stets besorgt um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Mit Insel-Spezialitäten zum Abschied beschenkt, traten wir die Heimreise an.
