Beautiful spot in Bol

We loved our stay. The bedrooms are roomy and the apartment is perfectly situated on the quieter side of town and close to great swimming spots. It was all very comfortable and easy and the balconies provide a beautiful spot to relax with a view

Branka and Toni were perfect hosts! Though they spoke little English, and me even less Croatian (learning), they requested I communicate via VRBO, then always replied fairly promptly. Most especially, as a solo senior traveler, I am thankful for them meeting me at the port to assist with luggage for the short but slight uphill walk to their property. I chose Bol on Brač for my first 3 days of holiday for its peace and quiet, for me to decompress from business and recover from my long journey from home. Ahhh, and the Adriatic Sea! AC is only in the hallway, which worked fine for me even in the oppressive humidity due to Bosnia wildfires. Furnishings are practical and comfortable. It did not bother me that there is no sofa; the two terraces with lovely rooftop and sea views compensated for that. Location of this flat is short strolls to 3 good pebble beaches and Rabiska Kučic, a bucket list restaurant. Town center was only a 7 minute walk in the other direction to the ferry, bus, many eateries and a Konzum market. All that, and a perfect nightly rate for this seasoned VRBO guest and host. If some or all of my comments appeal to you, go for it.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderfull stay. The appartment is very relaxt with two balconies with great views of the sea. We were welcomed with an homemade cake and some drinks. Nico is a very pleasant host who communicated very well. There is a local beach nearby with a view of a monastry and lots of shades from trees. The town is around the corner. We loved staying here.

Tonys home is lovely!

This was a wonderful apartment above the home where the owner lives. Gorgeous views of the Adriatic sea, and the owner was extremely kind and generous. There were helpful amenities like a washing machine and clothesline. And the location couldn’t have been better. I’ll never forget staying at this place!

A perfect stay

Our hosts set the tone for an amazing stay in beautiful Bol. They made sure we found our way to our accommodation from the ferry and airport. The location is a dream come true with two balconies that look out over the water and red roofs. The special touches were water and beer in the fridge, as well as homemade cake. hothebwekwere

Lovely apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to supermarket , port, several beaches and restaurants . There is only 1 air conditioning unit in the hall but this is adequate to cool down the bedrooms too . 2 gorgeous terraces with beautiful sea views . Small kitchen but has everything you need in it to self cater . Useful to have a washing machine . Branka and Toni were lovely , welcoming hosts and their family were really helpful when our catamaran was cancelled . Would highly recommend.

Perfect

We agree with everything the other reviewers said. The apartment is large and beautiful, it is really well equipped and has a lot of storage space. The two terraces are amazing. Perfect for meals and relaxing with stunning views. Shutters and aircon keep the apartment cool. Branka and Toni are really helpful and friendly. It was great that Toni met us at the catamaran pier when we arrived, and that we could leave our luggage at the house until our boat left the island on our day of departure. We loved the home made cake and the drinks in the fridge. The apartment is an excellent base for walks, bike rides and excursions by bus or boat. Beaches, restaurants, shops and the monastery are a few minutes away. We did not want to leave and are determined to come back!

Danke Branca, danke Toni

Underbar vecka i Bol

Wonderful hosts, superb location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Toni and Branka were amazing hosts as other reviewers have mentioned. The accommodation is beautifully situated and is authentic Croatian. The hosts made us pie and left us beers. They were always available if we needed anything. The balconies have great views and it is only 5 mins walk from the ferry.Would love to stay again.
