It is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Judith`s Fancy which has hundreds of acres of shoreline, bordering one of the world`s only bioluminescent bays. With gated access only, and g53f. Luards 24/7, Judith`s Fancy is recognized as one of the safest neighborhoods in the Virgin Islands.

You will be minutes from historic downtown Christiansted, a center of fine dining and fabulous duty free shopping.

The island is blessed with many beautiful beaches, dive excursions, fishing, music and a myriad of other activities that you would expect on a tropical island getaway.

Enjoy your morning sunrise coffee or your evening dinner and cocktails out on your large 14 by 25 foot covered deck.

At “Seabreeze` you`re treated to all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, with brand new appliances, a dining area, living room area with a convenient futon that can accommodate two extra guests, soft cotton linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels, a new 32` flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and your own washer and dryer in a separate room.

We welcome dogs up to 25 lbs ( $100 fee).

Breathtaking view

Great location in Judith’s Fancy, a lovely gated neighborhood that is close to everything you need, including downtown Christiansted. Pets allowed so that was a huge plus for us. Very nice landlord who we enjoyed chatting with & adorable house dog Ziggy.

The view!!!

Dan and Fran are the best hosts we’ve ever had. The apartment is adorable and clean, and the location is absolutely ideal; convenient to all the good stuff. And the view! My gosh it is amazing! Dan was so helpful in every way and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Book this place without hesitation.

Dan & Fran's place was perfect. Had the space and amenities we needed, very comfortable and a nice covered patio with a great water view. Dan was very responsive and helpful. Wonderful Place to Stay!!

My husband and I just returned from a two week stay at Seabreeze in Judith's Fancy. It is such a pleasure to find that your VRBO is exactly what you expected it to be. The views from the large deck are mesmerizing - having breakfast and cocktails there is a pleasure. We cooked most breakfasts and a few dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Dan was great, happy to share information and helped us out when our phones wouldn't work. We also were very glad we stayed mid island so that we could easily get to anywhere we wanted to go. Next time we visit St. Croix we will definitely stay there again!

The SEABREEZE is simply amazing. The home is located in the lovely gated community of Judith's Fancy. The home itself is a perfect Caribbean retreat with breathtaking views of Buck Island and Christiansted. There are large windows in the unit allowing you to enjoy the refreshing trade winds. The large bedroom has splendid views and is tastefully decorated, including a desk and printer.. Outside is a deck beautiful flowers, bushes and trees. I loved having a washer and dryer at my disposal. Oh! I must say they keep a well stocked liquor cabinet...thanks! Loved the large walk in shower. Dan and Fran make sure your stay is perfect. They are hands on with any problems that arise. The unit is in a very convenient location and just a minutes drive to white sand beaches and crystal blue oceans. It is a 10 minute drive to Christiansted's shops, boutiques, award winning restaurants, bars and beautiful harbor. This gorgeous rental is a superb spot to make your home base as you explore all the island has to offer!

Seabreeze is the place to stay in St Croix. Close to everything and a very short walk to a beautiful beach! Very quiet neighborhood and tons of places to walk the dogs. Loved it! Thanks Dan and Fran!

Great place!

Sea Breeze is awesome! The neighborhood and the property are beautiful and the location is close to everything, including a short walk to a great beach with lots of shells. It is quiet and safe. Easy to walk the dogs in the neighborhood too. We have stayed here before and this time was great too. Dan and Fran are terrific hosts. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay on St Croix!

Everything about SeaBreeze Property was top ranking - Owners, View & More Views, Accomodations!

Booked our trip very last minute this year so we felt our choice turned out to be amazing for our stay! The ocean view from the private patio is simply breathtaking of Buck Island and Christianstead. The view is always changing through out the day. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning - beautiful. The apartment has wonderful space and comfortable decorating. Very well equipped kitchen, great linens/towels/lots of space for gear and clothes/ laundry on-site - yes!/ very private large outdoor deck with eating table and chaise loungers. The owners Dan and Fran have a book they provide with their dining spots and activities to do on island. Dan encourages a phone call if you need anything too. Clearly they love this place and share their enthusiasm with guests to see their island. We have stayed on St. Croix 7 times and loved staying at this VRBO. The location is a short distance from downtown for dining, shopping and still fast access to get to the North Shore area. The residential neighborhood is lovely and I enjoyed walking the very hilly roads to get fabulous ocean views and views of the Salt River area also. Just fits all the boxes for us! Check it out. Excellent stay!

We moved to St Croix thinking our home construction would be finished soon after our arrival, so rented Sea Breeze to stay at until the house was done. I am so glad we were at Sea Breeze because our house still wasn’t done 4 months later! Finding a place where we could have our dogs with us was critical and this place was perfect. Dan and Fran were the best hosts we could have asked for, and the location was perfect. Great for the dogs and daily walks, just a walk to the beach, super quiet, and close to everything. This was our first time staying at an online rental and it was wonderful. Thank you both so much for your flexibility, quick communication and for making us feel safe and welcome. The house had everything we needed to stay even long term comfortably. I would give Sea Breeze 10 stars if I could. If you need a beautiful, comfortable, safe place to stay in St Croix (especially if you are traveling with your dogs) this is the place for you! Thank you Dan and Fran and Ziggy too!

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I had an amazing time staying at Sea Breeze on St. Croix! Dan and Fran, the owners, are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The property is centrally located to make travel to anywhere on the island quick and easy! If you are looking for a great place to stay, where you can feel the ocean breezes and hear the waves lap the shore, this is your place!!

Perfect for us!

Apartment was just as depicted on VRBO site. It was clean, comfortable, and had just about everything that we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. Dan gave us some good tips on where to shop and recommended several restaurants that were very good. He even brought us some tomatoes from the farmers market! We loved having their dog, Ziggy, come visit us each day. It made leaving our dog at home a little easier. Overall a great stay!!

The perfect spot on StCroix

My wife and I visited the island for 10 days in February 2021. Dan, Fran and Ziggy's place was exceptional. Their home is located in Judith’s Fancy which is a gated community in the middle(ish) of the island overlooking the Caribbean. It has wonderful sunrises, it’s quiet, safe, clean, well located, and super comfortable. Ziggy the house dog will come down to visit occasionally and is super sweet and friendly.

Seabreeze and solitude

This was a fantastic property. The location is great, close to everything in Christiansted and in a safe gated community. Beautiful sea view and a short walk to the beach. Great place to stay for runners and walkers... just get it in early to avoid the heat. The owners are friendly and truly make you feel appreciated as their guest.

Great stay

This is the place to stay guys! Dan/owner was very helpful with any questions I had. I even mentioned in passing that a floor fan would be helpful so I could keep the air conditioning off and enjoy the windows open and enjoy the breeze in the heat of the day. Then 30 minutes later he showed up with a brand new fan for. This is a great place book it ASAP

Great vacation get away!

This apartment worked perfectly as a vacation home for a week for three of us. The view from the property is amazing. The apartment has everything you would expect from your own apartment including toiletries, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and an ice chest! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer (soap provided) and large rinsing tub to rinse our dive gear. The apartment was clean and we would definitely rent this listing again. Wonderful breezes

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast on the patio each morning was relaxing. Afternoon shade and breezes were welcoming after spending each day exploring different beaches and snorkeling or diving (the lounge chairs were a bonus and lead to short naps). The kitchen had everything needed to make a simple dinner which could be enjoyed on the patio while the bird songs filled the background. At night, the breezes cooled the apartment, but we were still thankful to sleep with the AC. We also enjoyed off and on conversations with Dan and the visits with Ziggy (house dog).

We came to this island 4 years ago to visit friends. We immediately fell in love with the Island, the people, the activities, dining and especially this community. The very next year we came again with the express reason to purchase a part of this, America's Paradise.

Why they chose this property

Walking up the hill from the beach we were diverted into a driveway that sported the most wonderful view of the Caribbean and the enchanting Buck Island. Entering the house, we immediately realized that this fantastic place MUST be ours. We purchased it and set about to make it our own, sparing little expense to create a little slice of heaven in the tropics.

What makes this property unique

We are in a community on a peninsula surrounded by acres of shoreline, scenic hills, miles of lightly travelled private roads for hiking, and an entrance security gate with a 24/7 guard for your security. Once you lounge on our deck, listening to the waves caress the beach, you'll know paradise, as we do.
