Ocean One 217 - Newly Remodeled 2BR Oceanfront

Newly Remodeled in January of 2026. This direct oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps a family of 6 with a King bed in the Primary bedroom and 2 extra long Double beds in the guest BR. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 217 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the oceanfront pool which is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (weather permitting). This unit features a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom and a tub/shower combo in the primary bath. After hours in the surf, vacationers can use the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added 3 Gas Grills in the oceanfront courtyard area along with fire pits for the cooler months in between the pool and sand dunes. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the Lowcountry Celebration Park which offers a playground for kids, a vast open area for relaxing, playing games and is home to numerous Festivals and Concerts sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head thru the Hilton Head Recreation Department. This unit offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen along with outstanding views that make Ocean One 217 an excellent vacation choice. Like all properties at Ocean One - No Pets Are Permitted it is a Non Smoking community.

Great location

The location has a great pool, path to the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The property is clean and has everything we needed. They have updated the quilts and curtains looks better in person then online. I would stay here again.

Wonderful view

This condo was a great spring break getaway. We loved the view of the ocean!!! The beach was beautiful and the swimming pool was a great place to relax!! The new fire pits that they are adding will be a wonderful addition to this complex. The condo was very clean and the staff quickly communicated when we had questions. We would highly recommend this condo!!!

Only slight negatives were the sheets could be nicer (aka, higher thread counts) and the parking lot needs spacing lines painted and someone to monitor those who park and take up two spaces, especially during peak summer months. Overall, a great vacation and a great unit though!

My family and I enjoyed our time there and I would definitely recommend ocean one condos. The staff at Seashore Vacations was amazing and so helpful. I would recommend to help with any vacation. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool closed at sunset. I would have liked for it to be opened a little longer but overall this place is wonderful.

The Ocean One pool, access to the beach, access to the bike trails, close vicinity to Coligny, close vicinity to Celebration Park, and walking distance to a number of great restaurants made our vacation so pleasant! The only negative was a slight pee smell in the carpet.

It appeared that new carpet had been installed but it needed to be stretched. For my taste, the unit could use some updating. The wallpaper is separating and places in the popcorn ceiling have fallen. The kitchen was very well furnished. We would stay here again.

Great location!

Ocean One is in a prime spot of Hilton Head! Walking distance to Coligny and playground/park for the kids. plenty of bike paths to get all around the island. Condo was ok- great view but needs to be updated. Blinds on window were broken, dishwasher rack only came out half way. It worked for our family but for such a great complex- some small updates could really make the place a front runner! Also a tv in the 2nd bedroom would be great!

The living room furniture was very comfortable and up to date. The dining room table and chairs were not. Master bedroom was big and comfortable and the 3 beds in the second bedroom provided plenty of room to spread out.The table and six chairs on the balcony also made it easy for everyone to enjoy the view. However, everything on the balcony had a thick cover of pollen on them that to be cleaned before we could use them. This condo is close to parking and stairs which mad loading and unloading very easy.

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was so close to the beach, as well as shops and restaurants. We really didn't have to drive anywhere to get what we needed for our stay. I would definitely book it again. It's a great value for the money.

However, we did notice on our last day that the vents, especially in the guest room had significant mold growing in the the vent. I took a picture because I have never seen such a sight. It was not lint or dust, but black round mold. This was our only complaint and did not impact our stay since we didn't see it until the last day. Other than that, The place was terrific, but they need to clean those vents ducts.

60th Anniversary Getsway

We have always preferred beach vacations and this one was one of the best ever. The location was ideal. Our second floor condo was so spacious, beautifully furnished and very well maintained. Felt more like home than a beach front room. Our daughter, husband, granddaughter and husband also stayed in another unit similar to ours and it was great spending time at the pool, dining out and shopping with them. Made lots of memories. We only had one little glitch— on the day before we left we were going to do a load of laundry and found the washer was broken. We reported it and a repairman showed up right away and did a temporary fix so we could do one load. Other than that we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
