Independent villa with garden, terrace and swimming pool, surrounded by the green Tuscan hills, in the province of Siena and close to Casole d'elsa.
The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, and is composed as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub / shower), lounge with internal fireplace, dining room and equipped kitchen.
The villa is characterized by the presence of a pleasant flower garden, a large equipped patio and reserved for outdoor dining with bbq. The splendid swimming pool (12x6) is surrounded by olive trees and has a shower and a loggia equipped with sofas and table tennis. The swimming pool is not for exclusive use.
The house has an ideal position for relaxing walks and to reach the most beautiful and renowned cities of Tuscany such as Casole d'Elsa 82 km), Monteriggioni (15 km), San Galgano (30 km), Florence (40 km), Siena ( 20 km), San Gimignano (15 km), Volterra (25 km).
Private parking for several cars.

Perfect location for a stay in Toskana

The location, the house and the environment was awesome. Everything was as described, very nice house with lots of rooms and space, perfect pool, where we were relaxing. It was a pleasure to stay here, definetely 5 of 5 stars.PS.: In Casole d'Elsa perfect restaurant -Y Caffe Casolani!!And we should not forget the olive oil directly from the producer :-)Thx Camilla and family...

The area surrounding the property is beautiful but unfortunately we did not have a good experience with the property. The pool was dirty when we arrived, we were also told there would be 5 euro charge for each towel for the pool use. This seemed extravagant since the photos show towels provided.There were cobwebs under and around the beds.The host only provided one days worth of toilet paper, not enough washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets to last our 3 days stay. There was no paper towels, only one hand towel.We had power go out when we had the lights, oven and toaster going, I was told by the host that we can not run lights and appliances at the same time. This made no sense as how do you cook in the dark!I would not return to this property and feel the previous reviews were not accurate at all.
