Farmhouse recently renovated in keeping with the Tuscan tradition, located in a panoramic position in the hills between Siena and Florence, overlooking the towers of San Gimignano.

It has a private courtyard, equipped with a mini-hydromassage pool (4.00x2.45 m. depth 0.71 m.), outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and a loggia for outdoor lunches and dinners with barbecue.
On the ground floor: entrance; dining room with satellite TV; kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fireplace with grill); living room with fireplace and satellite TV; living room with double sofa bed; 1 bathroom (toilet).
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of which with en-suite bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet); 1 bedroom with two single beds; 1 bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet/washing machine).
The interiors are all equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, shower, gazebo, free WiFi internet, mini-pool with hydromassage. Possibility of eating outside, fenced property, deckchairs, sun loungers, dining table.
