The apartment is a 75m2 duplex. On the first level: living room with balcony, a large open and equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (shower and WC). On the second level: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed (2 pull-out beds, possibility of 2 beds); the 2 bedrooms are air conditioned. Also a bathroom (bath) and separate wc. Plus, a large equipped terrace (charcoal barbecue, dining area, deckchairs) of 25 m2 without vis-à-vis overlooking the bay of Mandelieu with panoramic sea view to the Esterel. A garage is also available (for small and medium cars).
