The Sunset villa is a beautiful newly built villa with amazing sea views from every corner of the house, located in a quiet area 5 minute walk from Cala Bassa and 5 minute walking to Cala Comta.

Spacious and bright living room with sofa areas, equipped with Sonos equipment, fast Wi-Fi, large windows that let you see the sea an t the islets of Cala Comta.
Fully equipped kitchen with center island, dining table for 8 people, large windows overlooking the sea.
1 Bedroom double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.

Beautiful villa with walk to beaches

Beautiful villa. Newly refurbished, but has the essence of Ibiza. You need a car for shops, but location is amazing if you love a beach as it’s a short walk to Cala’s Comte and Bassa and feels miles away from the madness of San An. Gonzalo is great. Communication great pre-rental and responsive and non intrusive during our stay. Will be our go to villa in future - so please stay away!

Good, but some improvements would make it great

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s in a great location, near to some fantastic local beaches (Comte), had a good view of the water and fantastic sunsets, and the open plan living room and kitchen is excellent. Communication with Gonzalo was very good and the checkin process very smooth. There were a few items that were not wonderful and if these were improved the villa would be much better. Firstly, the condition of house and furniture is quite mixed. Much/most of the furniture is old, rickety and/or coming apart. Secondly, there is nowhere comfortable to sit! The ‘sofa’ inside is not per the photos and is a converted day bed, with cushions on it covered by a sheet (?). It can barely fit two ppl on it - certainly not enough sitting space for the eight ppl the house can accommodate. Thirdly the house smells very dusty. It felt like no one had stayed there for a long time before we arrived. If each of these items was corrected, in particular the quality of the furniture, it would make for a much better experience. So all up we had a lovely time at the villa and enjoyed the local surrounds. But we were mindful that the quality of the house and furnishings was not really in line with the price bracket.

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man benötigt; wir haben die Zeit mit der Familie sehr genossen! Das Haus können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Einzige 2 kleine Wehrmutstropfen: - Lage: etwas weit von Ibiza Stadt und sehr im Nordwesten gelegen, wir würden das nächste Mal eher etwas zentraleres wählen. Dafür waren die Sonnenuntergänge umso schöner! - Küchenutensilien: könnten ausgebaut und erneuert werden (z.B. kein Salatbesteck und Messer schneidn nicht mehr) Aber diese 2 kleinen Punkte haben unseren Urlaub keineswegs getrübt.

Family stay

We rented the villa for a week and enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. The interior design is full of character, feels like someone has really put a personal touch to it. Location is excellent and Martin the manager was straight on it if we needed anything sorting. The whole family from 19yrs to 83yrs enjoyed their stay.

Most beautiful sunsets!

This house is gorgeous. the patio overlooking the pool has the most amazing views and sunsets. It also has a great Weber grill. The living space and kitchen are great for a family. The rooms are a little small but have AC. The beds and bed linens are very comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful. the house is walking distance from Cala Comte. We did not meet the owner, Martin in person but he was very responsive via Whatsapp. In my opinion the place is much better than on the pictures. We had a very nice family vacation. Thank you Martin!

Absolutely stunning villa in an equally stunning location looking across to beautiful Ibiza islands.

The photos do not give this villa justice, beautifully decorated and focuses on the best feature the view! We saw the most beautifully sunsets from the balcony. We would love to come back again. A few questions during our stay were answered very quickly and the check in process was very easy! Hoping we can enjoy staying at this villa again one day!

Fantastic villa in a great location, short walk to beach.

We were a group of friends looking for the perfect villa to relax and enjoy the sunshine, and we found the perfect place! I would certainly recommend the villa to groups and families looking for a quiet spot of Ibiza, just a short walk from the beach. We loved going down each morning and jumping into the sea before heading back to relax for the rest of the day by the pool, before watching fantastic sunsets from the villa, or heading back again to the beach for it. Gonzalo was very responsive to any questions I had, both before and during the stay, and always got back to me quickly. I hope to one day return with my family to show them everything the place has to offer. James T

Superbe villa avec vue sur mer

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette superbe villa à Ibiza. Très proche de la mer, y aller à pied est très rapide, elle est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Martin, notre hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes ( lit et chaise bébé ). Je recommande vivement !!!
