So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and we would very much like to host you again in the future.
Our second visit and another wonderful stay. The cottage is compact but beautifully presented and has all the facilities we needed as a family (2 adults and 2 children) for a relaxing weekend break.
Lovely stay at Hill Cottage with our son. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s so well located for Africa Alive and many other places. We had a family incident and Jacqui was so helpful and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
The property was very good, I would say if anyone was over 5’11 they would struggle at top of stairs, for us this wasn’t an issue. Garden both front and back and lovely walks close by. Off road parking too and a farm shop 5 mins walk away. Beds were very comfortable, shower was lovely and hot towels were supplied all lovely and lots of them. Also pet friendly
This was my fourth stay in the cottage and hopefully I will visit again. It's compact, but very well equipped and has lots of lovely features, including a beautiful cottage garden at the front and the patio at the back. My visit coincided with a heatwave, so I particularly enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the evening. I also appreciated the fact the cottage didn't get too hot inside, even on the 30C days, so I was able to sleep well. The location is convenient for visiting the coast generally and great birdwatching sites such as Minsmere and Dunwich Heath.

Delighted you liked the cottage and had a good holiday in lovely Suffolk. Of course good weather always helps but in the land of big skies we love it in all weathers.
Beautiful cottage in a brilliant location for getting around Suffolk. We enjoyed days out to Orfordness, Sutton Hoo and Framlingham Castle. The view at the back of the cottage is simply stunning.
Lovely characterful cottage in good location on outskirts of pleasant village of Bramfield within easy reach of Suffolk coast and countryside. Cottage clean, tidy and with all the facilities needed. Hosts provided lots of information on the cottage, local area and places to eat. Thanks to Jacqui for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

Perfect place to explore the local area . Cosy & comfortable with everything you needed. Lovely outdoor area to sit , eat and admire the views .
We were in the area for the Latitude festival which was a short drive away with easy access
Highly recommended
Lovely old cottage, which was well-equipped and comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden and on the patio. Location was convenient. Would return.
Cottage is compact, but well equipped with everything you need. Slept well in a lovely comfortable bed. Beautiful cottage garden at the front. Nice quiet location. About 15 mins drive from Minsmere and Dunwich Heath. My third stay here and hopefully not my last.
Good to have a return visit to this lovely cottage. I love the front garden, which is full of traditional 'cottage garden' flowers and was as beautiful as I remembered. The inside is tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. It's a good base for visiting the coast and the nearby reserves such as Minsmere.
Lovely cottage with beautiful gardens. Check in and out times need verification (should be 4pm check in, 10am check out). Upstairs layout needs to state twin room accessed via double room.

Thank you for your feedback we are pleased you liked the cottage. The main description of the property does state that the twin room is accessed through the main bedroom. "On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with views to the front. The second bedroom which is accessed through the main bedroom" we are sorry if you missed that when making the booking. Also, check-in times are correct on the main listing, so I'm not quite sure where we need to clarify this.
A lovely cosy cottage. Beautiful uninterrupted over fields..The staircase to the bedrooms was a challenge coming down, until you have come down a couple of stairs to reach the hand rail. Everything else was great. Also the cake left in the fridge for us ftom the owners. Great food in the pub down the road.
Cottage is compact, but there was plenty of space for us (two adults) and it had a lovely homely feel with tasteful furniture and furnishings. Many original features have been preserved. We had all the equipment and utensils we needed. Despite the main road location, it feels surprising quiet and peaceful due to the beautifully planted cottage garden at the front and the rear patio with lovely view over the fields. The location is convenient for the coast. Minsmere and Dunwich Heath are about 15-20 mins drive. Ideally, I like to be even closer, but I made a late booking so was just pleased to find this cottage available. It worked out better than I'd imagined as we loved the cottage. I would definitely return in future if not able to find anything suitable (smaller lets seem to be harder to find) closer to the coast.
