We had previously stayed in this area of Kalkan but had no idea the entrance was there despite walking past it dozens of times. This makes the villa very private. It is almost like walking into a secret garden when you arrive with the pool on the right.The villa has a great view of Kalkan but is surround by well placed plants on three sides to give a real private place but still with the great view. All three bedrooms are huge but of course the 3rd floor bedroom offers the best view and huge veranda which has table and chairs available.Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We booked very last minute in october half term. The property manager was very fast in getting back to us and confirming the booking. This was on a friday evening for a stay starting next day. He then met us at the villa when we arrived.

Excellent accommodation

Great villa to stay in. Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk in to the town. Supermarket only 2 minutes away. Outside facilities are excellent with the pool the star of the show. Pool area cleaned every day. Great communication with villa owner and staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would have no Hesitation in recommending this villa or the owners. Hope to go back next year.

Great villa for the price

Everything we wanted, only thing that could improve was a better location, but with the price and cheap taxis it wasn’t a problem. Lovely villa and lovely pool.

Family stay in kalkan

From booking onwards christine was extremely efficient and answered all my queries promptly. She organised transfers which were on time comfortable and efficient. The house was beautiful- lovely swimming pool and extremely clean and modern. Pool area was cleaned every day and towels and bedding changed weekly and house cleaned. I cannot fault anything - I would certainly have no hesitation recommending this property and the manager Christine was so helpful. I would stay here again. We were a party of 2 grandparents and my daughter and family 2 children age 3 and 6. The small area of the pool was ideal for them.
