Villa Ayala 5 bedrooms, heated pool, sauna, Turkish Hammam, stunning sea views

Completed in summer 2020, the stunning 5-bedroom Villa Ayala has everything a luxury holiday should have! Situated in Kiziltas with incredible sea views, including the harbour, islands and beyond, the villa is very impressive both inside and out. No need to leave the villa in search of a spa as you have your very own Turkish Hammam and separate sauna. Plus, with under-floor heating throughout, a lovely working glass fronted log burner, and a heated pool, those cooler or even winter months are well catered for. There is ample easy parking too outside the villa. The villa is also alarmed.

Lower Ground Floor
Take the steps down from the entrance/ground level to the gorgeous open plan living areas. For the cooler months, there is a modern glass fronted log-burner, plus Samsung air conditioning for the hotter months. The lounge area has a huge 70” LG Smart TV with English channels, plus the L-shape sofa has built-in speakers too! Prefer to recline? No problem as there’s a single recliner chair. All of which overlooks the heated pool, garden and has uninterrupted sea views.
The kitchen is modern with a 5-ring gas hob, oven and extractor fan, built-in microwave, water cooler and utility/walk-in pantry, which also houses the villa’s safe.
The dining area has a table to seat 8 people, and in another area there’s a Subbuteo soccer table to while away the hours. A WC cloakroom is located on this floor, plus there is a high-chair for a baby and cot in the bedroom.

Ground Floor
Upon entering Villa Ayala you are immediately greeted with the glass fronted sauna, which will comfortably seat 6-8 people.

Also on this floor, are two large double en-suite bedrooms with jacuzzi in the bedroom, internet, TV and full sea view balcony.

First Floor
The Turkish Hammam is situated on this floor for pure indulgence, plus a further two double en-suite bedrooms, both with very good sea views from the balcony which also include harbour views.

Top Floor
The twin en-suite bedroom opens onto the non-slip tiled, large roof terrace which has fabulous views of the harbour, islands and straight out to sea. Furnished with a 2-seater sofa and two chairs, this is a great place to sit and unwind. The en-suite has a shower, full length picture window of the sea and harbour, and also houses the wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite with glass fronted en-suite bathroom which has a square jacuzzi bath and overhead shower. The bedroom is air-conditioned, has a TV and sea-view balcony. There is also a cot, which can be moved to any bedroom.

Bedroom 4 – Double en-suite with glass fronted en-suite shower-room, jacuzzi in the bedroom, air-conditioning, TV, 5m long sea-view balcony.

Bedroom 5 – Twin en-suite with access to panoramic sea-view, furnished roof terrace, air-conditioned.

Outside

The outside areas at Villa Ayala are large, spacious and offer stunning sea views. The 5m x 12m long pool can be heated for those cooler months. There is a pergola covered outside dining table and 10 chairs, built-in BBQ, table tennis for the sporty amongst you, a hanging chair, comfy sofa for relaxing, 8 sunbeds and 2 parasols.
