Located in the Morbihan, on the peninsula of Quiberon, 100m from a sandy beach, a golf course, in front of the thalassotherapy institute, on the 2nd and last floor of a secure residence, apartment luminous of 46 m2 entirely renovated composed of a room (bed 140x190), room of water, cupboard, living room stay (sofa bed 140x190) opened on done up and equipped kitchen (lava crockery) giving on a balcony displayed south giving a glimpse sea . TV (international channels), WIFI connection.

Private outdoor parking and local bike in secure garage. Its location allows you to do everything on foot or by bike or to use a Quib'us shuttle during the summer season.

Not included: bed linen and towels
Deposit: a check of 500 € to send 1 month before the arrival (returned at the latest 7 days after your departure)

Eine tolle und mit Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung, im zweiten Stock einer Wohnanlage mit . Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Spüler, Waschmaschine, WLAN, Dusche WC usw...Super ist auch der private Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.Alles war in gutem Zustand und der Balkon mit der Sitzmöglichkeit und Meerblick hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Super fanden wir auch die große Schiebetüren auf den Balkon mit elektrischen Rollos , hier kann man ein Aufheizen der Wohnung über die Mittagsstunden verhindern. Ein Strand zum Baden ist von der Haustür 3 Gehminuten entfernt.Die Lage ist super man kommt überall schnell und unkompliziert hin. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Wohnanlage und man kann von dort Richtung Innenstadt und Bahnhof für 1 pro Person fahren. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super kommunikativ und herzlich, sehr nette Menschen.Die Halbinsel ist ein Traum und wir werden gerne wieder kommen und die tolle Wohnung gerne nutzen. Auch geliehne Fahrräder konnten wir auf Nachfrage im Fahrradkeller der Tiefgarage abstellen.Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Appartement-Haus jedoch älter

Der Zugang gut beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern gut. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und freundlich eingerichtet. Blick vom Balkon auf den Hotel Eingang gegenüber. Lage zum Strand hervorragend. Das Gebäude ist jedoch älter und nicht so gut im Schuss wie die Whg. Die TG- z. B. Ist immer offen.

Kompaktes Apartment in Strandnähe

Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt nahezu direkt am Meer. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Vielen Dank, liebe Christele, für die Unterstützung! Schlafzimmer und Bett sind leider etwas klein.

Wunderbares Appartement

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung begeistert, da stimmte alles von der Einrichtung, Aufteilung bis zum großen Balkon, alles modern und praktisch für 2 Personen, mit Lift zur 2. Etage; mehrere Sandstrände fussläufig nahe. Stellplatz für Pkw, Fahrradwege im gesamten Gebiet. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter ! Einziges Mank: kein Bäcker in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes,gepflegtes Apartment in Strandnähe. Auch das Zentrum von Quiberon ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Bel appartement, bien situé

Appartement très propre, bien situé, à environ une 20aine de minutes de la grande plage, permettant de belles balades, un accès au centre ville à pied tout en étant au calme. L’appartement est bien équipé, la literie bien que petite est de bonne qualité.

Séjour très agréable

Joli petit appartement très bien équipé. Résidence au calme, proche de la mer. La côte sauvage est magnifique, nous qui aimons les grandes balades au bord de l'eau avons été ravis du coin. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire

Tolles Appartment in super Lagr

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Quiberon verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist optimal für 2 Personen und die Lage ist perfekt. Es war auch sehr ruhig, so dass man sich gut erholen konnte. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nous avons apprécié beaucoup apprécié le logement, fonctionnel et joliment décorédans une belle résidence Il est très bien situé proche de la plage et du centre ville. belle luminosité et bel emplacement; bien équipé sur la pointe de la presqu'îlle

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Quiberon . L'appartement est bien agencé , décoré avec gout , bien situé . Les hôtes ont été soucieux de notre installation et réactifs pour résoudre un " petit problème " . Une très belle location à garder pour de futures vacances !

Ravi de notre séjour.

Excellentes vacances passées à QUIBERON , dans une résidence très calme et dans un cadre des plus agréable , proche de la mer et des sentiers de randonnées . Appartement de charme très bien agencé et bien situé , tout y était pour un séjour sans faute . A refaire sans hésiter .
