The beach is 250m, the city center 800m along the Boulevard Chanard which is the boulevard of the big beach. Creperie at 50 m casino at 250m. The beach and leisure are therefore very close. The apartment faces south, southwest, it includes a living room with 2 beds of 80 which sofa and sleeping and a separate bedroom with a bed of 140. Separate WC, LL, LV TV, Private car park Barbecue and garden furniture.
