Great place near the water

We really enjoyed our stay. It's literally 1 min walk from a small beach down the stairs, and about 8 min walk from a much larger beach. The property is very well maintained, clean, and functional. In Greek summer weather, having 3 AC units was a life-saver. Many other locations listing AC had just one unit, such as in the main living room but not in the bedrooms. This place had 3, one in the living room, one in each bedroom. The host was very polite and responsive too. Highly recommended.

Große Begeisterung!!! Das Appartment ist wunderbar. Alleine der Ausblick zum Hafen aus dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster ist unübertreffbar. Wenn man früh genug wach ist, sieht man die Schiffe mit den fangfrischen Fischen anlanden. Morgens sind wir zum Aufwachen im 30 m entfernen Meer 1geschwommen. Das war herrlich.Das Appartment ist sehr schön, modern und hochwertig. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und mehr. Sehr professionell!! Besser geht nicht.Anastasia, unsere Vermieterin, ist eine ganz wunderbare Person. Wir haben sie sofort in unser Herz geschlossen. Wir möchten sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung dirket am Strand

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Zunächst die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin - persönlicher Empfang, persönliche Verabschiedung. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist super modern und alle Geräte etc. funktionieren einwandfrei. Das gibt es so nicht oft. Die Wohnung ist sowohl praktisch als auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Strand 20 m vor der Haustür, Blick direkt auf das Meer und den Fischerhafen, großer, sonnengeschützter Balkon. Kein Massentourismus, alles sehr ruhig und trotzdem lebendig.

Sehr schöner Ausblick und viel Platz

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer gut zu erreichen, falls es mal irgendwo ein Problem gibt. Die Lage ist einfach nur toll. Wenn man, so wie ich, gerne kocht, wäre es schön noch ein paar mehr Küchenwerkzeuge (Messer, Schneidebretter, ein zweites Blech für den Ofen, usw) vorzufinden. Außerdem hat die Dunstabzugshaube nicht funktioniert und zudem auch noch einen sehr strengen Geruch in der Küche verteilt. Aber wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, wo die Wohnung definitiv zu beigetragen hat.

Great location, amazing sea views - family friendly apartment

We were extended family of 7 that stayed at the beautiful Nea Skioni property. 4 adults and 3 kids. The place was all like in the photos. Clean, comfortable and practical. One of the nice features is the long balcony surrounding the apartment that's not that visible on the photos. Nancy, the property manager was just lovely - she greeted us and welcomed us with sweets and some cold drinks for the hot day. We appreciated the clean towels and the bed sheets that were also changed mid through our stay. We will definitely plan to come back to this great property.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht . Schöne Gegend direkt am Hafen und Strand . Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert? Sie spricht auch gut deutsch . Mit dem Auto kann man die Halbinsel gut abfahren . Wunderschöne Landschaft .
