We had the most wonderful stay! The house is absolutely amazing, comfortable, and beautifully styled. It’s in a fantastic location; the water views are divine, it’s close to everything, yet still a peaceful retreat. We loved every minute and would definitely stay here again!

Our 4th stay, excellent as always, we normally stay a little later in the year so a bonus was sitting in sunshine on the jetty enjoying a glass of wine and watching the world go by

We have stayed at the boat house several times when visiting family in the area. It is such a unique house and location it cannot be beaten. We even booked our flights around the availability of the house. Loved our stay as always.

Excellent location shops on your doorstep. It was very hot when we were there so paddled in the sea. Watched the cruises go by. This was our second visit and will be booking again.

A lovely quiet location with great views across the Solent. The property is beautifully decorated. The galley kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the ferries and cruise ships. Great location to visit the New Forest, Southampton, Beaulieu etc. Hythe has lots of coffee shops, fish and chips etc.

The property is fabulous - full of character with loads of interesting features. The views over Southampton Water are just stunning. Everything is clean and comfortable too. We enjoyed pleasant local walks in Hythe and access to the New Forest was easy. Handy Waitrose close by for essentials.

An absolute gem, right on the waterfront with wonderful views of passing ships and assorted wildlife. Double bifold doors on to a balcony on both ground and first floor reception rooms. Three bedrooms- two en-suite and a wet room on ground floor. The long, narrow kitchen includes all major appliances except washer dryer which is located in a separate area off the rear garden. Not overlooked by nearby properties, this property is in very good decorative condition and we have no doubts that we will return.

Amazing property , beautiful views

Property was amazing and got a bit addicted to watching ships coming and going. Great location with plenty of shops and eateries within 2 mins walk.

Excellent location for a winter break

Our second visit - and just as good in winter as in May. Always something to see moving on Southampton Water, and also a good base for visits to other attractions. Waitrose is just across the road too!
