Recent house in town center.

House in the city centre in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the shops (+cinema and restaurants) and 15 minutes from the beach. Bus to Bordeaux or Cap-Ferret at the end of the street. Cycle path nearby.
For 4 people, house with closed parking for one car. Possibility in the street for another. It includes a living room a kitchen equipped :p induction lacquerware, microwave oven, dishwasher, percolator, fridge and freezer. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with shower room and toilet and the other upstairs with bathroom and toilet. New bedding in 140.
Large terrace without vis-à-vis with garden furniture, electric barbecue. Garage to put your bikes + washing machine.
Weekly price: May and June 750e/ July 800e/ August 900e
School holidays contact me/ possibility of rental on an ad hoc basis over a few months or weeks.
Fees for sheets and towels in addition.

Très bonnes prestations dans un environnement très agréable

Excellent séjour dans une maison très bien équipée et agréable proche de toutes commodités, au calme. Une excellente localisation pour découvrir le bassin d’Arcachon par terre comme par la mer et pratiquer toutes sortes d’activités
