Location is perfect, not too far from broadway, not too close. Easy short walk. Also was only 2 blocks to the minor league baseball stadium, a nice surprise as something to do for a few hours. Condo well equipped, nice view, nice covered parking. 10/10 experience for family of 4.

This was a cute condo. Loved the Nashville accents! Easy for our downtown conference. Lots of extras in the kitchen that were appreciated!No elevator if that's an issue for carrying luggage upstairs.The owner, Kim was quick to communicate!

First time in Nashville and definitely not our last! Stayed at this great condo and the host, Kim, was awesome and overally accommodating! The pictures are exactly how you will find this cute place! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and clean and the balcony had a scenic river view. Location was also pretty great, about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Thank you, Kim! We had a great stay! We were in Nashville to celebrate 2 big birthdays. The condo was equipped with everything and anything one would need.The location was within walking distance to Broadway, and if you dont want to walk, Uber and scooters are a quick ride away. Parking was convenient too. We enjoyed our stay and time in Nashville!
