It was wonderful to have on-property parking and such a wonderful location just outside of Downtown Nashville. The condo was perfect for our needs and a great home away from home. We found the food and attraction suggestions to be super helpful.

Thank you for the beautiful accommodations! The beds were very comfortable and the condo was beautifully renovated. Your cleaning staff did a great job. It sure did smell clean when we walked in. The parking area was very well lit! Our group of 4 felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again! And… we enjoyed watching the local groundhog just outside the balcony.

The condo is in a great location, walking distance to Broadway, and has ample parking. It is very well appointed, extremely clean, and the hosts are very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when next staying in Nashville, will return to this VRBO location. Excellent view of the river, comfortable beds and furniture, and all the necessary amenities, all in new or near new condition!

Lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for those who want to be close to downtown but far enough to enjoy quiet time. The little crittters that live in the back yard were adorable. Ground hogs we think. PS, they like cookies.

The communication with Cindy was above my expectations! The condo was very clean, well stocked and the location worked great for our group of 4. We loved being on the Cumberland River and watching the river boats and tugs pushing the barges!Thank you for allowing us to check out later in the day as we had an evening flight. This gave us more time in the city and not having to bring our luggage with us! We really enjoyed our stay here and we do plan on returning to Nashville and would definitely stay here again!
