Located just behind the Martinez hotel, you have the Croisette at your feet with its palaces, beaches, restaurants, Palais des Festivals, casinos and magnificent big brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Christian Dior, etc. .
The accommodation is fully equipped for your needs. You will only have to bring your clothes, towels, sheets, duvets and their covers, as well as the hair dryer and the iron with its table, just like cable TV, WiFi and telephone for local calls are available to you throughout your stay.

So so

The apartment has the minimum you need for a comfortable stay. We rented for the mipim where pricing is in general high, and under other circumstances this would not be a place of choice. There is a nice balcony with morning sun and a bedroom and sleeping sofa. The wifi is too slow to cover normal working tasks. The entrance door is very thin and lets all sounds through. The glazing is single so it lets through quite a bit of sound but the area is in general calm. I guess you get what you pay for and for that its fine, just dont expect more than that.
