A 28m2 cosy studio located in Rue des Rosiers, one of the most famous street in Le Marais. With a 3m40 ceiling height, sandstone wall and exposed beams; it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for you to have a comfortable stay in Paris.
The space
You will stay in historical building and a typical parisian apartment that we decorated with stylish vintage furniture and provided with clean, modern comfort.
Ideal for a couple, this unique apartment has a mezzanine bedroom, but can sleep up to four people thanks to a wide convertible sofa.
It is accessible to 2nd floor with stairs.
Guest access
We provide fresh towels, bed linens.
It has free wifi and HD TV with international cable channels.
The kitchen has all modern equipment with fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave/grill and coffee machine.
Bathroom with bathtub and a separate room for toilets. Body gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. There is a hairdryer and an iron table.
You will find a laundry service only 4 min walking distance ffom the studio.
To put your clothes and personal belongings, there is a cupboard, a wardrobe in the mezzanine bedroom, and also a storage for your suitcases.

Heart of Marais

Very enjoyable stay - apartment was well kept and clean and offered great natural light. Good heating for a chilly November visit, including snowflakes. Owner communication was excellent and informative. Rue de Rosiers location is busy during the day but tranquil at night. Happy to recommend.

Perfect spot to see an ecclectic Paris

The apartment was a great place to stay for our sojourn to Paris. The location was fantastic! Place matched what was described and was very clean! We traveled during a heat-wave and our hosts did what they could to help us feel comfortable. They had great recommendations for food and directions for the Metro. In all, I appreciate the location, the cleanliness of the apartment, the communication before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kahn's apartment in Paris. The apartment was charming, clean, and had all the amenities to allow us to have a comfortable stay. The host provided so many helpful amenities. The kitchen was small but very well stocked. Kahn was a great host. He was such a great communicator, answering all our questions about things to do in Paris and providing so much helpful information about restaurants, sights, etc. The apartment is in a great area, with lots of cafe's and shops and within walking distance of so many sights. We are so happy that we chose Kahn's apartment for our stay and hope that we can return. We highly recommend.

A True Taste of Paris

Nestled in the heart of the Marais and a traditional Paris walk-up, this apartment is the real deal. It has everything you need - a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and all of the necessities. Communication with the owners before and during were amazing; they provided terrific recommendations and were supportive with questions. And then there's the apartment itself. Open the windows and you're transported into the bustling day in a life of true Paris.
