The three-storey building is equipped with a lift and external parking. The apartment's main strength is certainly the spacious lake-view terrace where you can have lunch and dinner whilst admiring Lake Garda. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella and two sun loungers. The living area is equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette with fridge, five-burner cooker, oven, dishwasher, German coffee machine, toaster; French-style sofa bed suitable for hosting an adult or two children, satellite TV and air conditioning. The entire apartment is made welcoming by a delightful ceiling with exposed beams. Bedroom with double bed and a single and a half bed with 2 windows and air conditioning. Small bedroom with two single beds with access to the lake-view terrace, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, WC, bidet, window.
