Magnificent 3-room apartment renovated, on the 7th floor with elevator, with 2 bedrooms and a living room with American kitchen, in total 6 beds. Terrace on living room of 4. 30m x 2.00 m east with sea view 180 degrees, west balcony not overlooked.
-The 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 bed, 25 cm mattress, each a 32 inch wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, wardrobe closet. One bedroom with private WC and washbasin, one bedroom with sink area.
-The living room with kitchen and "Rapido" leather sofa convertible into a 140x190 bed, 40-inch wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, a folding table, 6 chairs, furniture with children's games, 2 adult pétanque games, 1 junior pétanque game, snowshoes tennis, deckchairs, beach back wedge, etc ...
-Bathroom with shower 90 x 90, large sink on cabinet with mirror cabinet, wall-hung toilet, washing machine, standing mirror, hair dryer, towel radiator, retractable wall dryer, standing and wall mounted towel racks, clothes hooks .
-Terrace on the sea side with a table for 6 people and 6 armchairs with cushions, clothes horse to hang or hang, wardrobe.

Séjour ensoleillé avec confort et très belle vue

Appartement très bien équipé, avec une très belle vue, une belle terrasse et pour cette période de l'année, la tranquillité. Une bonne réactivité dans les échanges avant et pendant le séjour nous ont permis de profiter au mieux de notre séjour.

Nous sommes revenus la deuxième fois en famille dans cet appartement qui ne nous a pas déçu à part le nettoyage avant arrivée (gérée par Foncia et non pas le propriétaire) - beaucoup de sable dans le logement et sur le balcon. À part cela excellent séjour !!

Magnifique séjour mer et soleil

Nous sommes revenus une 2eme fois ... Au top, la vue toujours aussi belle. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture tout a portée de main: la plage, les resto le marché... L'appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. On reviendra encore !!

La qualité et les équipements de cet appartement sont remarquables. Le lieu est idéal pour savourer la plage et la mer en bas de l'immeuble. Bémol sur les services de la conciergerie.Propreté douteuse en particulier les sols et la terrasse.Douche avec une évacuation en partie obstruée.

Séjour à la mer

Foncia se moque complètement de la propreté des logements. Quand on leur fait remarquer ils ont toujours une excuse. Pour ce qui nous concerne poubelle non vidée . Aspirateur pas passé. Ils nous donne 2 protections pour des lits de 90 alors qu’il y a 2 lits de 140. Etc etc Foncia est bien connu ils sont lamentables .

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l’appartement de Christian en famille et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel ainsi que très bien équipé. La vue du balcon est magnifique, la plage se trouve juste devant l’immeuble. Il faut marcher un peu pour les courses alimentaires ou alors prendre la voiture. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir garer la voiture au pied de l’immeuble de façon sécurisée.

Appartement très bien agencé et très bien équipé avec goût. vue magnifique et proche de tout restaurants port plage … Je recommande Seul bémol il faut rendre les clefs à l agence à 9 h une heure de plus serait bien

Schönes Appartement direkt am Meer

Das Appartement ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Tolle Sicht auf das Meer Richtung Osten und Süden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind Richtung Westen wo eine Straße verläuft die aber nicht stark befahren ist. Schlecht war, dass der Aufzug und das Licht im Treppenhaus am Tag der Abreise nicht funktionierten und wir 10 x 7 Stockwerke im Dunkeln unser Gepäck runtertragen mussten. Eine Entschuldigung oder eine Ermäßigung vom Vermieter gab es bisher nicht.

Vacances reposantes

La location a tenu ses promesses, on a passé un magnifique séjour en bord de plage, avec un bonus: du soleil et de l’eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. La location est suffisamment proche du centre et des restaurants pour en profiter, en étant un peu décalée et donc plus au calme. Mention spéciale pour la literie de très bonne qualité.

un très bel endroit !

la vue est incroyable!! La terrasse est très agréable. L'appartement est plus grand que nous avions pensé, très bien agencé et bien équipé ( nous avons apprécié la clim vu la chaleur). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
