Nice house for families

Our two weeks holiday did not start great when the flight was six hours delayed, but even though we arrived around 5 in the morning we received a warm welcome from Juan and Nani. The house was excellent for our big travel company. We can recommend this house for your stay on Tenerife. Many thanks for the nice two weeks.

Absolutely recommended

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house and the terrific pool and outdoor terraces. The host (Juan) was super friendly and the house was really nice. Many rooms, bathrooms and a super nice living room. When not using the pool (and that is not often…) I recommend a drive up north in the mountains - wonderful area and view.

Nice Place!!!

We rested at this villa in early May 2014. Very friendly and caring hosts Juan and Nani. We all loved the villa is spacious and comfortable. For me and my wife was an important factor in isolation from neighboring feel looks. In our view, this villa is worth the money. Attention! Very slippery tile front of the house! Denis, Alena.

Gorgeous Tenerife villa

The villa is as described in the listing, the host is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the booking and check-in and payment and check-out processes are all easy. The villa was very clean and comfortably held 9 adults (could've held 10). It's a little bit rural, in that the roads to the villa are a bit narrow and toilet paper should be binned rather than flushed - but this is very common on the island (so I'm only highlighting it for the tourists) and the value for money is well worth it! This was my first time booking on VRBO so I was a bit nervous, but I can confirm that the villa exists and matches the photos and is honestly such a comfortable and beautiful home away from home. It's got all the comforts and amenities you could ask for (WiFi, pool, bbq, hairdryer, towels, etc.). This villa is an absolute gem of a fine and I'd highly recommend it.

The Perfect Getaway Villa

In short, this property has everything you may need to relax for your stay. We really made the most of playing table tennis and the pool (I think you have to pay for the heated part of this pool which wasn't overly clear) Initially first night we had issues with (of all things for a brit) the kettle. But Juan solved this issue within 10 minutes!!! If you want a villa that is private, but has the attention of the owner like that you are on to a win. If you fancy a trip out, It's only 40 minutes from the Waterpark, and 40 mins to the zoo. So a really good central location. We would definitely love to stay again and if you have a family you will not be disappointed!!!

An Excellent Home from Home Stay.....

My wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at a 5-bedroom villa in northern Tenerife. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat. Stylishly decorated rooms and outdoor spaces provided stunning views and relaxation. The layout worked well, with morning sun at the back and evening sun around the pool. The heated outdoor pool (20/day) was a highlight, warming up at about 3 degrees per day. It added a relaxing touch, and our little one loved playing in it, making it a special part of our routine. The villa’s location was peaceful and picturesque, with lovely walks and hills nearby, ideal for relaxation—not a spot for nightlife.Having a hire car is essential to explore the island’s beauty, particularly the National Parks in the North. The villa is conveniently located just 30 minutes from key destinations, with a supermarket 5-10 minutes away for all essentials. The hosts were exceptional, welcoming us warmly and making us feel at home. Their attentiveness, including helping us order pizza on the first night, added to the charm. I would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful, memorable getaway in Tenerife. The combination of a stunning property and thoughtful hosts made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning someday!

Highly dissapointed after a 70 euro taxi ride we were high up in the mountains not as stated 5 minutes from the beach as we had an 80 year old with us it was not practical if we had known his we would not have booked ,as we were greeted by the owners we said to the-owners it Stated no car was needed. Well how were we going to get groceries from supermarket?? So we had. To pay again for a hire car for the week after being shown around villa we were still dissapointed itwasdirty and very dusty it had not been cleaned properly she didn't no what time we were arriving so it was obvious it hadn't had a deep clean disgusting the topof fridge we wrote on it that's how dirty it was yuk and still had items in fridge from. Previous holiday makers yuk .there wAs no jacuzzi it was filled withdirtystagnant. Water and the pool next to. It was empty very very dissapointed as that wasone of things we were lookin forward to .there were lots of light bulbs missing everywhere very. Incovinient especially around tennis court and In garage when we were playin. Table tennis ,pool area was dissapointed it was not heated as stated and table area was shabby which was shown on picture was not around pool it dumped somewhere else and had a dirty. Grubby sheet on it which I wouldnt have puta dog on and on the the subject of dogs if you. Don't like being awoke at four in the morning then don't go to this villa we even had to. Phone owners of villa to comeand sort there dog out from barking when we were supposedly. Relaxing by the pool it barked all day the owners who we found strange lived next Door inagarage after our experience I would. To. Advise anyone togoto this villa and part with there hard earned money it was the worst villa I have ever stayed in
Response from VrboOwner on 29 Mar 2020
Thank you very much for your comment. We booked it last minute and there was no time that everything was in perfect conditions, that´s no the way we work and we regret, everything stayed perfect in a few hours. Apologies for the dog , that is already solved. We regret that the house seemed like far from the beach for you , it is only five minutes by car and no on foot , you can see it in google and other search engines, as you can see the house has spectacular see and mountain views and easy fast connection to the motorway , just three minutes by car. The villa is private as you can found , we don´t live in the villa , we got to the garage once on your prior agreement to rewiew the extinguisher. We try to improve everyday and satisfy our customers. The hot water pool is an extra service if you wanted to use you had to ask for it and pay it and you didn´t do it. The price of the taxi is a reasonable price 70€ from the south airport is ok , as you know we gave you the money to pay it. Your father , the man who is 80 years old was very happy in our house he enjoyed very much his holidays , I spoked with him the last day and he really is a great man. We are working everyday to improve and we want the better for our customers in their holidays in our house and in Tenerife.

Excellent villa

A lovely villa in a great secluded location. On arrival we were greeted by Juan and Nani who showed us round the property, the villa is extremely well equipped and very well maintained. It was the perfect location to explore the island, less than 30 minutes away from Santa Cruz and las Teresitas beach and only 5 minutes from Candelaria. Overall a lovely villa.

Fazit: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, sehr netter Vermieter - alles Prima

Lovely villa

As two families, one with grown up children & one with a toddler, this villa was perfect with some shady areas and some sunny. The villa was very well equipped (even if the kettle needed to be replaced and was a little slow to boil), with lots of cutlery & crockery. The beds were comfortable with lots of storage in the bedrooms. It was lovely to have the table tennis in the garage with the gym. You would definitely need a car staying here as the main shops etc would be a fair walk away. Juan and Nani were great hosts and showed us around the house.
