LOCATION is key on Kauai. The scenic & historic, Royal Coconut Coast & Kapaa town on east shore. Resort has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs outdoor grills etc.
Close 3 minute walk to beach, dining, shopping, and along the famous & beloved 8 mile, oceanside walking/biking path & more.
Central on island, 15 mins. from airport.
This location allows you to drive to Hanalei (north) in 30 minutes and also to Poipu ( south) in 30 minutes.
If you prefer not to rent a car, the Kauai bus line stops close by, also Uber & Lyft.
C-6 is a one bedroom condo on the ground floor with relaxing garden & pool views from the lanai and steps from the pool & spa.
The bedroom is inviting & spacious, high end queen sized bed and beautiful Rosewood furniture.
Living room is cozy & comfy.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops are both welcoming & functional.
The toilet & spa-like walk in shower, are separated from sink/dressing area for privacy.
Cleaning company is meticulous & thorough.
