The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean & had everything you could need & more. Perfectly situated for us, near the centre of town, the university & my daughter’s lodgings. All beds were very comfy The hosts were very friendly & easily contactable, though we had no need to.

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay at Jubilee House, it was just as described and offered more than we had expected. The location was ideal to be able to walk into the city. The amount of information provided by the owners gave us a comprehensive guide to the local area.

Very well appointed and well decorated residence with a full complement of amenities. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and the garden was lovely. Ideally situated within easy walking distance of the city centre. Altogether a very high quality rental experience.

Wonderful

Idyllic location. This is a beautiful well maintained property with everything you could wish for. It is ideal as a base for the surrounding attractions, shops, pubs and beaches. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Loved the house. Check in process was seamless and the house is by 2 parks and easy walk to city center. Quiet cove and easy to communicate with owner.Will stay again when visiting the country.

Lovely house in a great location

Jubilee House has everything and more that we needed. In a great location to see Chichester and the coast. Kate was very helpful, replying to any queries very quickly. A lovely few days for us and my 94 year old Mum.

Nice house in Chichester

Well equipped house close to city center. It was great to be able to walk to the town center and the house has off street parking. Lovely south facing garden. Would stay again if we return to Chichester.

Beautiful property

We all really enjoyed our stay at Jubilee House. The property is gorgeous, high quality fixtures & fittings, comfy beds and very clean. Communication with the owner was very good - right down to letting us know the kind of coffee maker in the house and that milk would be in the fridge! Location is perfect and a real bonus to have parking. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great house in central location

Our third visit. This house is in excellent condition with lovely furnishings and high end appliances. It has a great deck and garden for enjoying the outside. Perfect location for shops, restaurants and theatre all just a short walk. Highly recommended.

Short family holiday

We wanted comfortable holiday home in Chichester to use as a base for visiting local sites and enjoying meals out in town. The house was perfect, light and well equipped. It was very close for walking into town. There were many good restaurants and shops in Chichester also. Would recommend.

Fantastic holiday rental. Lovely and clean. Super comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of games and books. Although super close to the centre of Chichester, the property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Fantastic property, 5 star.

The house is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean with high quality furnishings. Absolutely anything you could think of needing to cook, serve etc is provided (and more!). The king size bed is epic! The locations is perfect, a few minutes stroll to shops and restaurants etc. Me, my Sister and Mum toroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. Beautiful House

A beautiful, well kept and equipped house, home from home. Thoroughly ebjoyed our stay. Absolutely beautiful garden and the weather was perfect to sit out in especially in October. Wonderful rental property

My husband and I have just spent a fantastic two weeks at Jubilee House. The host Kate obviously takes a lot of care and pride and the house is immaculate. Everything you can think of is provided. The location is great, very close to shops and restaurants but in a peaceful neighborhood. We will not hesitate to book again. Thanks Kate for making our visit so enjoyable!

Chichester in May

We really appreciated the ideal location of Jubilee House in a quiet road within 5 minutes walk of the city walls, several parks, the theatre and the local Co-op. The facilities in the house are outstanding and it was lovely to have a view of the beautifully kept garden from the main room. Comprehensive information about Chichester and the surrounding area helped us plan trips and activities. I have already recommended a stay at Jubilee House to friends!
