Voted # 1 beach by Trip Advisor, and Conde Nast and best of the Caribbean!! The Grand View On Grace Bay; a beach front Oasis. This magnificent two story corner Penthouse suite offers island living at its finest. Being a part of Grace Bay’s most private community where there are only 18 residences.

This unique, and recently renovated, 2300+ square-foot, three bedroom three bathroom residence consist of two spacious levels, each with amazing turquoise water views. One suite encompasses the entire upper level of the property.

The lower lever consist of an open living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and commanding 180 degree ocean views from the over-sized sliding glass doors that lead to a private beach front corner balcony. Watch sunrise and sunset from this corner haven. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and all wood cabinetry with built in appliances.

Among the amenities that you will come to enjoy, includes the designer pool and hot tub with bathroom and shower, an on-site gym and walking distance to gourmet restaurants, super market and boutique shopping. Private chef available upon request. Concierge service is available upon request.

Perfect location for family trip!

Vanessa’s condo is wonderfully appointed. My family really enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect for walking and driving everywhere we wanted to visit. Being right on the beach was spectacular. Vanessa was a wonderful host - both she and Regina (the on site property manager) were extremely responsive.

Wonderful!

The condo was clean and bright. Large rooms and the vaulted ceilings made it feel more open and light. Deck was larger than expected as well and offered an amazing view. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is really important to our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, fantastic view and wonderfully equipped. A quiet spot with easy access to restaurants, activities etc. Super comfy beds, nice towels and the best shower body wash! We will be back!

Wonderful Family Gathering in Ideal Setting

This tastefully decorated condo was the ideal setting for our winter break gathering! What a wonderful place to spend time together, cook meals, head to the beach, head out for our excursions, and simply enjoy each other’s company! And everything is made super easy with the excellent pre stay communications and help if needed via the property owner and on-site property manager… Really tremendous job by both.We can’t wait to go back!!!

Property was exactly like the pictures. By far the best rental we've stayed in to date. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect with some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was amazing! We had the best time and would love to come back.

Prettiest beach on Grace Bay!

This place is the bomb! Never have we’ve been able to stay directly on the beach ! We loved the the access to the beach and commented how our end of the beach was the prettiest, widest and less crowded than any other beach spots . We will come back here for sure & will never consider a hotel stay again!!

Wonderful Condo.....Perfect Location!

If you are planning a trip to Turks and Caicos you cant go wrong with this condo at Grandview! Location is absolutely PERFECT. Close to everything you want to do on the island and very easy to get around. The condo itself has everything you need and working with the owner (Vanesa) and property manager (Tarcia) is a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to my next trip to Turks and Caicos.

Paradise found!

Such an awesome property in the perfect location. We felt very safe and relaxed. There were water toys to use and beach chairs and umbrellas everyday at the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed. FYI to pack snacks and anything you can to eat because groceries are very expensive. Appreciated the book at the condo which lists different restaurants to try and things to do. Would definitely book this place again! because the groceries are so expensive

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Vanessa's place was perfect for our family! The ocean/beach views from the balcony and bedrooms windows were breathtaking. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked breakfast and some dinners for the family. We walked to shops and restaurants, the weather was perfect! Beautiful condo and beach

We rented this condo for thanksgiving. We love low rise condos with empty beaches. And this two-story penthouse did the trick. Everything was great. The owners were very accommodating. The place is super clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Plus, the master closet is perfect for a pack and play.
