Second time visiting and still wonderful. Great accomadation and location is perfect with super friendly hosts. This is becoming our go to base camp when visiting friends in the UK.
Super cottage with all you would need and great location for local and surrounding area.
Great hosts and welcome. Everything spotlessly clean and tidy.
Great communication from hosts and friendly throughout. Well appointed cottage with everything we needed and perfect for getting out on walks and seeing the surrounding countryside. Just the break we needed and the dogs had a great time too. We hope to come again, many thanks.

Shhh, don't tell anyone. This is a pearl. Beautiful accommodation in a nice environment with a friendly owner. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a nice holliday with our family. We visit a lot of places in the neighberhood and there was a warm welcome in the Church of Teversal with people from the village.
A last minute booking to visit family. All dealt with very efficiently. Lovely cottage , lovely views and a fabulous village but not too far from shops, pubs etcExcellent walking area. Dog friendly
The spacious property is in a tranquil setting that is supremely quiet and “away from it all” with modern amenities and characterful features. A couple of housekeeping issues upon arrival were sorted by the owner. Only issue was the internet was exceptionally slow. Overall, met my expectations.
This place is beautiful - the views across the valley are just stunning and can be seen from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The hosts were lovely and both came to introduce themselves and have a chat, they even pumped up a basketball so my children could play with their basketball net and left it outside our door while we were out! The beds were very comfortable, the facilities were brilliant, wood was left for the fire, coffee pods for the Tassimo were available for use and there was a good assortment of books and games. The hosts encouraged us to use all the house had to offer including the gardens. We took a walk around the village and ended up at the miner's statue off the trail. Coming back to a roaring fire, a hot chocolate and that view was perfect!

Thank you for staying at Manor Farm Cottage and glad you had a wonderful stay!!
We booked the cottage to stay the weekend of my wedding. It was perfect. The cottage is just amazing, so clean and feels so cosy and homely. The scenery is breathtaking and made for some beautiful pictures. Our photographer was beyond happy with the location. The hosts were truly amazing. So helpful and friendly. I cant thank them enough for how welcome they made us feelThe only negative was we didnt get to spend enough time at the cottage, so we are already talking about going back.
