Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. Offering a dining table for 6 and boasting one of the largest floor plans at 1400 sq. ft, this unit is perfect to accommodate a large group of family. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

We really enjoyed our stay! The views of both the ocean and the intracoastal are amazing. The furniture is comfortable and worked well for our extended family of five. The resort is great for families with lots to do and lots of services. We would stay again!

Exactly as described!

The Marriott has a great beach and is in easy proximity to spring training, which are the two factors we were looking for. Lovely staff, good restaurant, very good overall.

We enjoyed our stay!

The property was best of both worlds with having all of the space of a condo yet enjoying the resort amenities. The condo could have been cleaned better, however.

Perfect getaway

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. The room was clean and stunning, the property was beautiful, and the communication with the owner and staff was so easy and convenient. We never even left the property once checked in everything we needed was right there. I have two little ones that absolutely enjoyed themselves between the pools, beaches and games provided. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Freindly condo/resort

Beautiful resort in singer island. The condo had wonder view from balcony of the beach & bay. Derek took great care of all our beach needs chairs etc. FYI take note, amenities are not included in this listing you have to purchase the Marriott resort fee to take advantage of all the amenities this Marriott property has to offer. We’ll definitely be visiting this property again, wonderful location in Palm Beach.

Beautiful Resort

This is a beautiful resort and unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend to others. Some minor things would be helpful like sufficient dishwasher detergent and paper towels to cover duration of stay. A new kitchen sponge should also be provided (old one in unit). And salt and pepper should be available. Some items that need to be fixed: faucet in guest bathroom, one of the burners in the kitchen did not work, light above stove was out and kitchen lights flickered.

Loud construction!

Way overpriced! With the construction next-door we couldn't utilize our balcony or the pool was so loud it was not relaxing! For the MONEY we spent including the parking. I feel while construction is going on there should've have been a large break in price. The unit was ok.

Great unit, except for CRANE next door!!

Our 5th time at this resort...Spacious clean unit, very modern with great views on the 20th floor (21 floors) of the ocean and intercoastal. Excellent kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom is spacious and master bath is huge (shower and tub). Only downside is the Humongous Crane next door working on the new condo (Vista Blue). It's eye level on the balcony. We checked in Sat-Monday, no construction took place on Sat and Sun, but Mon morning the noise started at 7:00am. 👎🏻👎🏻 The price was substantially cheaper than Marriott's rate, I would go back. Tip, ask for room facing north side and head to the beach, too much noise by the pools (construction)

Thank you for your review for your two night weekend stay. We are thankful that Marriott convinced the developer next door south to use a noiseless electric crane, not diesel, and there is no weekend work on site. With the hurricane glass balcony doors closed it is a challenge to hear any noise as they are soundproof, hence we have not had a previous complaint. The safer bet at this time may be to rent on the north side and the top floor is scheduled to be completed in Dec 2016 and all windows installed by Feb 2017. BEST GIRLS TRIP!!!

We rented this property for our girls trip. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space. We had only 1 problem and that was that the refrigerator went out on us and we'd bought food. It was out for about 12 hours before the maintenance man figured that the outlet it was plugged into was out. I contacted the property manager and she stated we would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, we never were. Other than that, I don't have anything bad to say at all. We had a great view and it was an overall wonderful stay.

We are from NC & rented this property for our son's wedding in South FL. The unit was clean, comfortable & spacious. We were able to relax & spread out which helped during this busy time. The property manager was very accommodating & with a change in our schedule, they were able to re-rent the unit & gave us that as a refund...we are most impressed & very appreciative. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent People to rent from.

Check in was easy . Apartment was very clean and had all the utensils we needed to cook our own meals. Appreciate attention to detail, for instance my name on the TV when we walked in and little paper roses on bathroom paper.. It was great to have a dining table, which not all units had. Will stay again. Highly recommended
