Kitchen is top notch with Ceramic top stove, Stainless steel refrigerator w/freezer and microwave - furnished down to the dishes, pots, and pans. Coffee makers, traditional & Keurig, silverware, and all the usual kitchen items are also present in the cabinets. If you find that you need something more in the kitchen, be certain to ask me, as I keep all kinds of ‘kitchen things’ available for guests’ convenience. WIFI is always included. Smart TV's for all your favorite streaming.

Bedrooms are fully furnished with a full-size closet. Bathroom is spacious and private. The full-size gathering room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, working desk space, dining table, and TV.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any glasses, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you've used and return them to their original spots in the kitchen.
Clear out any food from the cabinets and refrigerator and throw it away in the garbage. Bag up your inside garbage and take it to the outside trash can(s) located on the street.
While tidying up, please don't throw away any dishes, silverware, or kitchen items. We have picked out these items with care to make your stay comfortable, so we'd appreciate it if they stayed home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This property has a No pet/No Smoking/No exception policy. If you are traveling with a pet or you desire to smoke, please choose a different home.
Tennessee is not a legalized Marijuana state. Please understand that my "No Smoking" policy includes No Smoking of Marijuana inside the home too.
