New apartment, renovated, with splendid views of the Chianti vineyards. Located on the first floor of a characteristic Tuscan farmhouse. There is a living area with kitchenette and relaxation area with sofa and TV, double bedroom, single bedroom (single bed and a half) and bathroom. Exclusive terrace on the roofs with a view. 6 km from Castelnuovo Berardenga and about 20 minutes from Siena. The village of Villa a Sesta is close to the most characteristic Chianti towns. Suitable for families and bicycle lovers. Journalist passionate about food and good wine! Being hospitable and welcoming to others is my nature. On the lower floor there is a "twin" apartment with a maximum capacity of 6 beds

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Villa a Seste verbracht und jede Minute genossen! Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – gemütlich, stilvoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal für Aktivurlauber: Ich war viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, wandern und joggen, und die Natur hier ist einfach atemberaubend. Der kleine Ort Villa a Seste bietet außerdem ausgezeichnete Restaurants, in denen man die lokale Küche auf höchstem Niveau genießen kann. Sollte die Wohnung jemals zum Verkauf stehen, lassen Sie es mich bitte wissen :-) Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, ich komme definitiv wieder!

sehr schöne, neue Wohnung, wo es an nichts fehlt

Eine sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick mit Sicht nach Sienna. Kleines ruhiges Dorf mit guten Essmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, Sarah, die auf SMS immer sofort antwortete. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Gute Unterkunft mit Sauberkeitsmängel im Bad

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr kleine Dorf mit 4 Restaurants. Leider alle etwas bis etwas mehr höherpreisig. Da man nur am Ortsausgang 300m entfernt parken kann und die Restaurants Auswärtige mit Autos anziehen, ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht immer so gut. Die Unterkunft ist modern und gut eingerichtet. Eigentlich fehlt nur eine Klimaanlage, da die Wohnung ordentlich aufheizt tagsüber. Aber wenigstens gibt es einen großen Strandventilator. Das hilft etwas. Das größte Manko aber ist die Sauberkeit der Dusche. Die wurde vor unserem Einzug und anscheinend auch in der Vergangenheit nicht häufig sauber gemacht. Die Glaswände und Armaturen sind total verkalkt und die Ränder sind auch ungepflegt. Das sollte nicht sein. Schade war, dass wir die Vermieterin beim Einzug nicht angetroffen haben, nur eine Bekannte von ihr. Wir würden die Unterkunft eigentlich weiterempfehlen, jedoch mit einer kleinen Einschränkung.

top renoviertes Appartement in kleinem Dorf

Das Appartement war sehr rustikal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nur das Haus war etwas hellhörig. Es war sehr sauber und zentral gelegen für alle in der Toskana zu besuchenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Osteria in dem kleinen Dorf.
