Housing

Just like the two apartments of the house, this Contemporary Chalet completes the proposal of singular dwellings of our residence.
Luxury self-catering loft 45m2, located between lake and mountains, in the heart of Chaparon, authentic Savoyard village.
Very bright, the two main rooms are connected by the kitchen area and open on the terrace facing south.
The chalet is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a bed 160x200 in the room and a convertible bed 140x200 in the living room. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a gas hob and a complete set of quality cookware. Fondue and raclette appliances, electric and charcoal barbecues. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, bath rugs, a hair dryer. Towels are not provided.
The chalet is heated and has in addition to a wood stove for your evening cocooning.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, HiFi / Blue Tooth docking station / mp3 player.
Large terrace equipped with garden furniture, as well as table, chairs, sunbathing.
Technical room with washing machine and storage, private yard to park your car.
Private garden with trees.

Do not hesitate to swap, if your heart tells you, your car against a bike for short distances. All amenities are within 4km.

Chaparon is a quiet and charming hamlet which benefits from the advantages of the lake and the mountain.
We live there peaceful, lulled to the rhythm of its fountains.
The town brings a special care to the flowering and decoration of public spaces.
At the end of the village (200m) you will find fields as far as the eye can see, overlooking the lake.
On one side of the village, you will find organic bread and jams to treat you to toast. And at the other end, an organic market gardener where you can do your market.
A market of local producers takes place on Friday in Faverges where you will be able to discover the richnesses of our soil.
