Winter Rates Jan -Feb. Center of town, walking distance to restaurants/bars, beach and harbor, coffee cafe, wine and cigar places. Beach two block away, quiet area, lovely grounds with palms trees and oaks, In the center of town, harbor, lovely park with splash pad and tennis courts in walking distance. Quite street with a beach breeze.
Great location, raised 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, elevator for easy luggage/grocery access, under home is concreted with two tables and chairs, picnic table, for more relaxing space. The home has queen beds in two of the three bedrooms and 2 full size beds in the third room that can sleep 4 children easily. Smart TV and WiFi for chilling out or watching a football game, if the beach isn't your thing. The home is in the middle of the quaint town of Pass Christian. A stroll down Scenic Dr to view beautiful historical homes, beach front restaurants, shopping and dining just mins from your front door.
Buying fresh seafood off the boat or at seafood markets. The Coast has 26 miles of beaches, casinos, as well as restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing, golf, and close by water park. New Orleans is 50 mins away.
The home is not for parties or events.

Take the garbage and recyclable to the curb. Garbage and recycle runs on Monday.
Cleanup downstairs - if you used the grill, picnic table, and/or fire pit. Please, keep the area neat.

Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I to recharge, loved the home, had everything we needed especially a great AC system and fans, a little warm and humid in July. Great place to read on the couches and really loved the area of Pass Christian. Hardly anyone on the beaches and very clean and beautiful area! We were looking for a non resort town, quiet and this town and home were the perfect fit!

Family Fun

We enjoyed the location of this property. We explored the local shops and restaurants nearby. We also had access to beach, volleyball courts, and pickle ball courts nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. The elevator was a plus! Great vacation rental!

The house is charming, family friendly, and convenient. It is nicely situated close to nearby attractions but off to itself for plenty of privacy. It was clean and modern. The Pass house provided a wonderful setting for a beach visit.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay , a at home atmosphere experience . Everything we needed was here in the home and we felt safe each day. My two friends are in their mid 70s and they couldn’t stop telling their family back home how nice and clean and comfortable the home was.Thanks again for this experience, it made our weekend getaway a breeze.

We stayed a short 2 nights for mothers day weekend and really enjoyed the pass house! It is super convenient and also very quiet and private. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The house was great!

The house was great with plenty of room to spread out and it had everything we needed stocked and ready for us. The house was nice and clean and the decor was very pretty and beachy. Only a couple blocks to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Very quiet area which is perfect to sit on the big front porch and have coffee every morning. The elevator was great to take luggage up! We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely perfect!

What a wonderful home for a family of any size. My wife and two kids came down to visit family. This is the perfect location to so much the gulf coast has to offer. The home is walking distance to downtown Pass Christian and absolutely beautiful inside and out. We will be back. The Byrne family

Beautiful & welcoming home! Just what you would expect to find on the coast! Pluses include beautiful old oak tree with board & tire swings, delightful balcony for early morning coffee & an evening glass of wine.The interior is fresh & clean, comfy beds with exquisite linens on them, usually don’t find that in a vacation rental.All the basics for preparing meals, large refrigerator & coffee maker.And the elevator was fantastic for getting everything up the stairs & down again.Shelia responded to my questions immediately & has such a pleasant & welcoming phone presence!Definitely will return again!

Wonderful getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in Pass Christian! The house was walking distance to the gulf shore, downtown shops, food & drink. We spent mornings on the porch with a view of the palms and grounds, then walked to the shore. The kitchen was a good size for preparing a few meals at home and the layout of the house was perfect for a family of 4, we were only 2. Sheila was great to communicate with before check-in as we were running late and wanted to make sure she knew we were on our way. This was a great vacation getaway and I would move in, I mean stay here again!

This property was so much more than I anticipated.

I took my mother to meet my sister-n-law and niece for a short vacation. I have traveled to the region many times and always stayed in a hotel. I will stay at the Pass Christian House for now on. It was clean and stocked with anything we needed. The area under the house was PERFECT for visiting. Location was ideal for the activities we planned. It had a lift which was useful for heavy luggage, but also if you have a party member who can not walk stairs. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!

A+ for The Pass House

Booking and payments went smoothly. Check in and out and property rules communications with the owner was continuous and greatly appreciated. Perfect Getaway!!

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our quick family weekend getaway! March in the Pass

This was our second extended stay at Sheila’s house in Pass Christian. We loved our time in the quaint beach town. Very walkable, whether to the beach, post office, village or great restaurants. The house suited our needs well. We traveled with our 91 year old mother, so the elevator was a plus.

My husband and I live in MS and TX. He is originally from Long Island, New York. We enjoy traveling as often as we can. We love being out on our boat, fishing, kayaking and snorkeling. I grew up in the Pass( if you're from here you always say "The Pass" )and have always loved strolling the harbor ( buying fresh seafood off the boats), walking the beach, playing tennis at the courts, walking the quaint town, and Scenic Drive, shopping and dining at our local restaurants.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family for about 70 years. The original home was destroyer by Hurricane Katrina in August 2005.. We built back several years later. I grew up here and it holds a special place in my heart.

What makes this property unique

I have always loved being able to walk to the beach, smelling the salt air, the cool breezes off the water, centrally located in the town, launching our boat at the harbor, eating at the restaurant/bars while looking at the water, and filling our freezer with fresh seafood off the boats. Plenty of space for " Cruisin The Coast" owners cars also on a quiet street.
